Hi! I have two quick questions regarding how BeMusic handles media files:
Direct MP4 Upload: Can I upload an .mp4 video file directly to my server and have it play as a music video in the player?
MP3 + Silent Video: If I upload an .mp3 file to my server, can I also associate a secondary video file (like a silent loop or visualizer) to be shown during playback?

1. Yes, both music and video files are supported.
2. There’s no built-in way to do this currently, you can only have one file per track.
In Demo you have spotily Provider and Radio button it works but in last version is not.

Radio API for spotify was disabled unfortunately. It is available with deezer provider though.
in you demo you have spotify provider in admin > settings > player” page ant the radio works fine why not in last version?
It still works if spotify API key was created last year, but for new API keys that functionality is disabled.

Sorry about that, there might have been some issue with syncing support status with envato automatically. If you still have that issue, you can sync it manually via “import purchases” button in account settings page here.

AI can use the current responses already, there’s nothing extra that needs to be done for this.

I noticed that in the admin section (Playlists), the owner field was not visible in the playlists table.
The issue was caused by the owner relation not being included in the API response.
To fix this, I updated the toApiResource() method in PlaylistLoader.php by adding the owner data when the relation is loaded.
Here is the modification:
if ($playlist->relationLoaded(‘owner’) && $playlist->owner) { $resource[‘owner’] = [ ‘id’ => $playlist->owner->id, ‘name’ => $playlist->owner->name, ‘email’ => $playlist->owner->email, ‘image’ => $playlist->owner->image, ]; }
After this change, the owner is now correctly displayed in the admin playlist list.

I’ve reinstalled it, but when I try to upload an image (e.g., a favicon, profile picture, album art), it doesn’t work. Is there a solution?
I have tried and tried creating free users so they can upload i tried documentation and i still cant itried upload max 15 mins but i still cant get user to be able to upload
Hi Vebto, importing artists with their albums and tracks works if I use Deezer, but if I use Spotify the albums are imported but without tracks inside.

This was option was disabled in spotify API recently. You will need to import specific album from “admin > albums” page to import the tracks also.

Every so often the script just magically pulls in 50 random songs from YouTube and marks them as new tracks. I do not have any automation enabled. My entire platform is original content only, no YouTube, no Deezer, no Spotify, nothing, not lyrics, artists, nothing at all. The ONLY thing enabled is metadata matching, yet every so often 50 songs show up from YouTube, usually after I do an update, which tells me something in your automation during setup allows this behavior. It’s not wanted.

If it imports 50 songs specifically then it’s most likely due to one of the channels in “admin area > channels” page being set to update automatically.
I sorted it, somehow a manual channel appended AutoUpdate Spotify. I don’t even have a Spotify API code configured. It’s blank.

It was moved to “admin > settings > ads” in last version. If old menu item was not removed automatically for some reason, you can remove it manually via menu manager.
When I clicked ads section ,it will redirected to “Looks like you’ve found the doorway to the great nothing Sorry about that! Please visit our homepage to get where you need to go.”
And ads.txt file isnot showing . i have added it but adsence cannot fetching it.
There’s no built-in way to change this currently, it would require some modifications to code.
When will you do this? I have written many errors and you have not fixed any of them, why do I need your technical support?
