How can i update the order status like mark as paid in case of cash on deliver using admin panel by seller login OR how can i login as driver in website. I not require mobile app and only need driver login in my website and from there a driver may update the order status.

Today I’m happy because, in the new update, pending approval products have started showing, due to which I got more than 700+ products back. one more suggestion- 1. If, for any reason, the admin has to cancel an order, they should be able to add remarks such as: out of stock, price increase, payment not successful, etc.

I can’t find a place where the seller packs the product for shipping(in Latin America and African market). How do you do that ?

No, once an order is completed where in the seller panel do I print the label and start the shipping process ? I couldn’t find that opeion. Shiprocket is not used in my geo.

Once the seller sells a product, which menu do I go at the seller panel to print the label and ship the product ? There should a shippings menu to track and change the statuses of the orders in the Multivendor mode.

I have already filed a formal complaint with CodeCanyon regarding this issue. As a seller, you are responsible for ensuring that the product you promote and sell is functional, secure, and production-ready.

You repeatedly justify the app’s poor performance by blaming the server. That excuse no longer works. Some of us are running this on top-tier servers, and the issues persist. You cannot keep shifting responsibility when the problems are clearly within the codebase itself.

This module is extremely dirty. There are alarming embedded codes that send data to a Gmail address, which I have reported before — and until now, those codes are still present. This is a serious security and privacy concern.

The app is devastating to use. It is incomplete, poorly written, and badly structured. There are: • Dead code • Test code left in production • Uncleaned, unused, and sloppy implementations

This is not acceptable for a paid product.

I genuinely hoped you would improve the app over time. Yes, you continue adding features to the web version — but you never address the long-standing core issues. Instead, you pile new changes on top of broken foundations.

Releasing code without proper cleanup, refactoring, or security review shows a lack of professionalism and responsibility toward your buyers.

Removing critical comments instead of fixing the product only reinforces the concern that you are trying to hide serious flaws rather than resolve them.

I will not stop until you either remove your embedded codes, implement missing functionalities in the app or refund me.

We are not interested to arguing with you. So send a humble refund request. We will proceed your refund if that maintain the envato marketplace refund policy.

Hi, I have a technical question specifically about the multivendor add-on. Does the add-on allow each vendor/store to have its own payment gateway configuration (separate API keys per store), so that payments are processed directly by the vendor, while the platform only charges a monthly subscription and does not take commissions?

Also, is this achievable without modifying the core, only extending the add-on configuration?

Actually according to our item architecture the payment goes to admin. If you will need to change the structure it will need to change the item from source code.

Error code: 500” Additional information: Payment is successful No payment failure This appears to be a redirect / success callback or view-related issue Request: Please Urgently investigate and fix the bKash success redirect issue so customers are redirected to the correct confirmation page after payment. I am ready to provide logs, screenshots, or test access if required.

Please i have paused uploading product images to my website because when u upload an image and check it when it have brrn uploaded to admin u see that thr image name have been changed automatically i dont know why.

I take out time to edit products images with the products name, so if the name is changed again all my effort to rank the images on ggole will all be waste.

I talked about this and u agreed that u guys will fix it, please have it be fixed?

Are you kidding with marketplace and with us? After using the item for 3 years + you want refund and marketplace will agree on refunding? Are you is minimum sense? Don’t you know about the minimum common sense of refund policy?

I noticed you have added shiprocket and GST. Thats great . But I switched to another website scripts because some advance marketing feature available on that script. In your script there are some important features that need to be implemented in your script are missing. Like meta ads and google ads full analytics and whatsapp business number integration. If possible please implement and work on marketing add-ons. I think after implementing the meta ads and google ads live feature help the user to understand the how there ads working and what product are getting conversion or not everything about meta ads and google should be implemented in your script. These feature are most demanding. It will boost your sale too.
