I am facing a big problem please guide and help.
After updates which is 2.07 and system looks all working fine.
BUT there is NO more SMS logs and EMAIL logs
NO – SMS are being received or Emails …system does not send any SMS and EMAIL on orders or process.
woking fine are these: - MY pusher alerts shows order received correctly - my customer ac shows order made - customer ac inside shows notification if order cancelled or approved - order dashboard notifcations works fine - when I test SMS with sms setting sendsms test …it works
Email ID’s use in the system works fine when use as mailbox all incoming and outgoing in email box works fine
- ports are open, 25,465,587 and I tried testing them all with email SMTP setting. (but no email working) - I used PHP mail also but no email working
I tested but nothing works for Runactions enabled + touchUrl Runactions enabled + touchUrlExt Runactions disabled + fastRequest
- in the server cron are working and looks fine

1. can you share screenshot so i can understand the issue
2. all sending of emails is been tested 100% working it must be your run actions
so go to admin panel -> site config -> others ->Runactions choose first touchurl and disabled Enabled runactions
now check if you can sent email click on test runactions and put your email
and check if there is attempt send email in admin panel -> notifications -> email logs

brother i am sorry but very very very poor support .. geting response took hours and , after waiting for hour always got lame responses .. even i mail you that i want to buy merchant app but getting multiple issues testing the demo app. printer is not getting connected .. after couple of tries i able to connect the bluetooth printer .. then when i try to print the order it says peripheral disconnect !

Hi Basti, I want to use Wallet only for refunds. I have enable Wallet in panel and wallet refunds, top up is disabled, but it still shows on the app to add funds. Can you give me a quick fix so it gets disabled on the app? . I also would like to know how to disable wallet payments on each restaurant? Lets say I have funds in my wallet, but a restaurant doesnt accept wallet payments how can i do this? Thank you

if this is the customer app post it on customer app section not here
and to disabled wallet for each restaurant right now no such settings of functions for this at the moment

When customer cancel the order or the order is rejected, the payment says full refund on the order. However, the money doesn’t get refunded to the customer on stripe? Am I missing somehting?

yes stripe refund works cause am using stripe refund api
you can counter check in your stripe dashboard in transaction list usually you can see all the transactions with refund
i think it take time for refund to reflect in customer credit cards

I had to fix this in the code because it wasn’t doing automatic refund. Check again because it wasn’t working. I had to modify the AR_new order. Let me know if you need the fix for this so you can implement this on the code .

There was a feature you added because one of your clients requested it. With this feature, restaurant owners can modify all customer information of users who place orders in their restaurant. Not only passwords, but also addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, profile photos — in short, everything related to the user can be changed by the restaurant owner.
My friend, this kind of permission must belong only to the admin.
I explained this issue to you before, and you told me: “There is a restaurant access section in the admin panel; go there and restrict the restaurant.” Alright, I am doing that — but right now there are more than 100 restaurants, and I have to apply the same restriction manually to each one.
Here is the main point you are missing: Every time you add a new feature to the restaurant panel in an update, that feature does not appear automatically for existing restaurants. I have to go into the admin panel, open restaurant access settings, and manually enable the new feature. Otherwise, it does not appear in the restaurant panel.
My friend, because one person requested this feature, we cannot risk and inconvenience thousands of users. Believe me, many restaurant owners are not even aware of this feature. If they become aware of it, we could face very serious security and legal issues.
We are currently using a multi-restaurant (multi-vendor) system. In such systems:
A restaurant owner should never be able to change a user’s password
They should not be able to change the user’s address, email, or phone number
They should not be able to change the user’s first name, last name, or profile photo
These permissions must belong exclusively to the Admin.
Previously, this feature did not exist, and the system was working perfectly fine. You added it because a single person requested it, but this puts the entire system at risk.
If this feature must exist, then please do the following: Add a toggle (on/off switch) in the Admin Settings section. Admins who want this feature can enable it, and those who don’t can keep it disabled.
Because I cannot manually manage and reconfigure thousands of existing restaurants every time a new feature is added.
To be honest, my friend, this situation keeps me awake at night. I constantly worry about which restaurants have this feature enabled and which do not.
There is no script on Codecanyon that allows restaurant owners to modify all customer information like this.
Please treat this matter as urgent and help us find a permanent and secure solution. This permission should strictly belong only to the Admin.
Please my friend, include an update related to this issue in the upcoming release.

no this is server configuration it has nothing to do with the code you need to install SSL in your server mostly process is you buy SSL in your current hosting and it will automatically install in your domain

Hi, i am trying to transfer form temp domain to another. Problem is that i am trying to upload language file and i get error. I can’t translate for 3rd all keys it is crazy!!!!! Why this happens it is terrible i am sorry. I need to spend many days to do that again! I want help for this otherwise we thinking not to use karenderia!!! I am using so many cms neither has this problem. Why i never achieve to upload language file from the beginning. Why you have this option and don’t work??? If i knew that i will never translate until move website to the final domain it is terrible i am sorry

usually you just copy all the files and database to your new server that’s it
but take note when copying database you need to make sure to modify the sql file of mysql username and host before importing the sql file to your new server

am not sure what you mean its risky ? your the one who will copied it as there is no way to transfer your files from domain to another domain or hosting is to copy the files or fresh install in your new domain
