Hi We need discounts and Brands to be synced otherwise. We need to go and change in the online store as well. Two works. No point in automating this, nah? Please consider.
Hello, WooCommerce doesn’t have an inbuilt brand feature, so syncing brand is not possible. Also the discount in WooCommerce is not the same as present in UltimatePOS.
So because of this syncing is not possible.

Please review the sync details provided in the description. Products will go from POS to WooCommerce & order will go from WooCommerce to POS.
If you want to add the same products as in WooCommerce simply export the products & then import it in POS with the same format as mentioned in POS.

1.Does the restaurant module modifier work with WooCommerce? WooCommerce doesn’t have a native modifier option, so how will it function and stay synchronized?
2. You mentioned auto-sync works — is it a two-way sync or one-way? Which system acts as the base? For example, if I have 10 t-shirts listed on both the POS and WooCommerce, and I receive an order of 3 units through WooCommerce, will the POS immediately update (synchronise) to show 7 units remaining in both systems? Vice versa also true?

1. No, the modifier doesn’t work with WooCommerce.
2. For sync please read the details mentioned in product description page.
Regarding your example: Sync from Woo to POS happens in real-time when you’ve added a webhook in your WooCommerce to sync it so it’ll show the correct stock of it.. Else it happens after a certain duration, depending on the cron job setup done.

Can all sync product statuses be changed from paid to pending since we use cash-on-delivery payment method in our online shop? Or can the sync be linked with sales order instead of POS Sales

1. Yes, it works good with WordPress Woocommerce website.
2. Check the details mentioned in “Features in UltimatePOS to WooCommerce module:” for complete details on syncing.
3. Yes, it’s still supported. It’s not updated because the feature works pretty good. If any issues or improvements, we’ll certainly do a release.
4. Rating is poor because in WordPress many plugins/themes can be installed and some maybe override the default functionality. So people think it’s problem with this but the problem is with the plugin/theme.
5. We’ll soon do it.

What is the limit of products that can be synchronized, because it only synchronizes 95 products and then it no longer wants to synchronize.
I sent my support ticket, it can’t add more than 105 products, I don’t know what’s happening, sometimes it comes in and doesn’t come in, help, I have products that need to be synchronized.

There is no limit, it will sync all products to woocommerce.
Let us check it in ticket, maybe something is happening after 95 products that is creating a problem.

Hello, you’ll have to upload the products in UltimatePOS by using csv file.
In the upload keep the SKU of products same in both POS & WooCommerce.
The sync it so that they gets connected. Please try this once in a dummy business so that it doesn’t interrupts your actual store.

This will be one product with color/size variation structure. Right now, it totally separates the variations, as per variation. We need them compiled (color/size).

I don’t wan’t to create one attribute with name “Color – Size”. This is not correct for WooCommerce. The color and size are two, separated attributes.
If I will create two attributes in UltimatePOS (Color, Size) and then assign them values (S|M|L, Red|Yellow), the WooCommerce will create the product variation wrong.
It will go like: Any Size|Red, Any Size|Yellow, Any Color|S, Any Color|M, Any Color|L. The correct way should be: S|Red, M|Red, L|Red, S|Yellow, M|Yellow, L|Yellow

Creating it as “Color – Size” is the best option we’ve for now that works in POS & in WoooCommerce.
Is there a way to set a predetermined payment method for synced orders from woocommerce? Right now all the synced order are shown as “Cash” as a payment method. So I can configure a “web” payment method and have a more organized accounting
