Product Sync will not happen from Woo to POS. Orders & Customers are synced from Woo to POS.
You can keep the products SKU same in POS, so that when a order comes it can get the product using the SKU.
Order of Woo will not be affected.

Or better to use WooCommere for online store as it already sync with UltimatePOS & lot of themes/plugins are already available.

For this either you can create different product by different colors & then use Size as Variation for it.
Or create variation using mix of Color & size combination.
2. WooCommerce doesn’t provided brand by default. So you need to provide the brand in Woocommerce using whatever plugin that you’re using.

Is it support category and sub categories level(main category->sub category->sub-sub category etc). My woo commerce site have categories and many level sub categories. Is it work with different level categories. Please update so I can purchase if work for us

UltimatePOS Supports Category => Sub-Category, that is one level of subcategory.
You can still in your woocommerce create multiple level of sub-categories to manage them.

Still again required manual work on woocommerce site to update products and their categories after syncing the products and categories in this case
It’s now much of manual work, only need to set category which is not present in UltimatePOS.
You can create them in Woocommerce & Bulk assing categories by edting products in bulk.
When I try to install it says “Module [Essentials] does not exist!”

Hi Team. I can understand that ultimate POS can maintain more than a one business separately in the same script. ( Correct me if im wrong) . So if I have different woo commerce online stores for each business, can i integrate all the woo-commerce stores link to the respective business run under one ultimate POS script?

i am very disappointed with the new update and its design. the previous design was far better in UI, it looks like some begineer crafted the design and adjustment of UI and Icons specially on POS screen
