Customer control:
Based on the admin setting, customers can enable or disable their vCard or Store listing from their dashboard.

Yes, it is possible to host and configure a custom domain using a CloudPanel-based VPS.
To ensure proper setup, please verify the following:
- The domain DNS is pointed using a CNAME record to the required domain name - The domain is added inside the CloudPanel domain host - SSL is installed using Let’s Encrypt or a custom certificate
Once these steps are completed, the custom domain should work correctly on a CloudPanel VPS.

Currently, it is not possible to configure multiple domain names for customers to choose different subdomains. The system supports only one main domain for subdomain usage, apart from the mail domain.

This request falls under a large customization, and unfortunately we do not take up large-scale custom development. However, if a feature is developed as a plugin, it will not be erased during updates, as plugin files are kept completely separate from the core script files.
During updates, only the core files and our officially developed plugins are changed. Any third-party or custom plugin files remain untouched.
This approach ensures update safety and prevents custom functionality from being overwritten.

All the features you mentioned are available as addon plugins, not as part of the core installation. This is why you do not see them by default in the Admin Dashboard after updating.
Below is a clarification:
1. The New Website Theme, Website Builder with drag-and-drop blocks, and Reusable Website Blocks are available only after installing the New Website Theme addon.
2. The Website Directory feature is available through the Website Directory addon plugin.
3. The options for vCard and Store visibility in the directory become available once the Website Directory addon is installed. These options are enabled by default.
After installation, the related options will appear in the Admin Dashboard automatically.

ok i just try to duplicate a Vcard o create new one under a plan that has 50 vcards ( now only 5 created) and i get this message The maximum limit has been exceeded. Please upgrade your plan.
We believe you have updated the plan by increasing the vCard limit from 5 to 50.
Please note:
- Any changes made to plan limits apply only to new customers who subscribe after the update. - These changes do not apply to existing customers already on that plan.
To confirm this, please check the following:
- Open phpMyAdmin - Go to the users table - Locate the affected user - Check the “plan_details” JSON field - Verify the value of “no_of_cards” for that user
If the value still shows 5, the system will restrict the user accordingly, even if the plan is now set to 50 for new users.
If you want the existing user to have the updated limit, the plan details for that user will need to be updated manually.

Interesting app. I would like to know if I can customize what feature the user gets. For example, basic is free, but to use the WhatsApp store, they need to pay extra. Also, can I rename some of the features like Services -> Functions, etc.? Another question is, can I give my user a username to log in instead of using their email or cell as their username? Why? Because I am planning to give it away to my exhibitors free of charge, set it up for them one by one based on their booths before the event starts, and hand the account over to them when the show begins. Customizing features per plan Yes, you can control which features are available per plan. For example, you can keep the basic plan free and require users to upgrade to access features like the WhatsApp Store, services, products, etc. This can be managed from the Plans section in the admin panel.
Renaming features (e.g., Services → Functions) Renaming feature labels is possible, but it requires updating the language/translation files or static text used in the templates. This is not fully configurable from the admin UI and may require minor customization.
Username instead of email/mobile for login Currently, users log in using their email address. Using a custom username as the primary login method is not supported by default and would require customization.
However, your use case is supported in another way: (Next version)
You can create accounts manually for your exhibitors from the admin panel
1. Set their email and password yourself
2. Hand over the credentials to them when the event starts
3. This approach works well for pre-configured accounts without changing the core login system.
The reason why I want to use a username instead of an email is because we have overseas partners who booked a few booths and sublet to several exhibitors. All registered under the same email (the partner’s email)

Currently, the system requires a unique email address per user and does not support using a username instead of email for login by default. This is why multiple accounts cannot be created using the same email address.
Recommended workaround (no customization):
Create separate email aliases for each exhibitor (for example: partner+exhibitor1@email.com, partner+exhibitor2@email.com)Or create accounts with temporary emails, then hand over credentials to exhibitors later.
If you want true username-based login (allowing multiple users under one email), this would require customization, as it impacts authentication, validation, and security logic.
Yesterday purchased Gobiz saas. Install all updates successfully till 19.1 but while installing 20.0 then getting error 500. Please check and fix the issue

Can you please add option to turn on ads in plans, options to add adsense or any other custom ad code (javascript/html) and choose location (ad placement) – this could be very useful for free plans monetisation.

Currently, there is no option to enable ads per plan or manage monetization specifically for free plans. Adding AdSense or custom ad code (HTML/JavaScript) on a plan basis is not available.
However, ad code placement is available at the theme level through the admin panel: Admin → Themes → All → (3 dots) → Custom JS
This option applies globally to the selected theme and is not controlled per plan.
