Hello. Click tracking is causing link errors and preventing links from opening. I have to disable link tracking in the campaign settings to send emails. How can I resolve this issue?

I’m really surprised that I can’t still set multiple senders for a campaign. Its a norm nowadays to allow to add multiple senders for one campaign. Or am I missing something here? @support

I have a pre-sale question:

I am planning to purchase this product, but I would like to clearly understand what additional usage rights the Extended License provides compared to the Regular License for this specific item.

I have already reviewed the Standard License overview page here: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard, but the information there is quite generic and high-level.

Could you please clarify, in the context of this product: - In which scenarios is the Regular License sufficient (for example, internal use, SaaS where users do not directly pay to use this specific product, etc.)? - In which scenarios is the Extended License required (for example, if I charge users directly to access/use this application, or include it as part of a paid subscription)? - Whether there are any functional / feature/support differences between Regular and Extended for this item, or if the difference is purely about how the end product is monetized and distributed?

A more detailed, item-specific explanation (with a couple of concrete examples of allowed/prohibited use under each license) would really help us choose the correct license.

With a regular license, you can use the product for your own or your own team/company If you want to use our product as a SAAS (Software as a service), then you will need an extended license With an extended license, you are free to re-brand or/and customize and charge your users for using it.

1. If I purchase 1 licence, and have multiple environments like development and production, but will be using the same domain by subdomain like dev.mailer.com. stg.mailer.com and www.mailer.com, how the single license is validated ?

3. I see many plugins in demo site, do we get all with the theme or we need to purchase, and where can we find ??

I have purchased with one of my business partner Acelle Mail long time ago. The old versions were much better than the new once. In old version it was possible to set a form including embaded code to set the form in any website as you want. I watched demo, because I want to purchase Acelle Mail again fo an other business partner but I need this feature, too?? And I see here in the comments that the new version has many bugs, hasn´t it? Hello! I’d like to report a few issues I’m experiencing in version 4.1.5, which seem different from the behavior in the official demo (4.0.24):

1. “Tracking Domains” menu missing in customer panel

In the customer frontend, the left-side menu does not show the Tracking Domains item. If I manually search for the page using the top search bar, the page opens and works correctly, so the functionality is present — it’s just the menu link that is missing.

Is this expected in 4.1.5, or is something wrong in my installation?

2. “Users must use their own tracking domains” does not enforce the restriction

In the plan settings, I enabled “Users must use their own tracking domains”, but after testing, campaigns can still be sent without adding any tracking domain.

How is this restriction supposed to be enforced? Is there an additional configuration step required?

3. Verified tracking domain does not appear in campaigns

I added and verified a tracking domain using the PHP verification script. The domain shows as verified in the admin panel.

However, inside campaign creation, there is no option for the customer to select a tracking domain. Should this option appear automatically, or is it hidden in version 4.1.5?

4. Behavior differs from the official demo

I checked the official demo (version 4.0.24) and everything works as expected:

The Tracking Domains menu appears in the customer panel.

The option to select a tracking domain during campaign creation is available.

These elements are missing in 4.1.5, even though the backend functionality still exists.

It looks like something may have been overlooked in the new update.

reply email doesnt have to be verified email, but your system only allows to add reply email on verified domain, you need to fix this

I am writing to report an issue with the outgoing webhook feature

The webhook payload does not include key subscriber information such as the email address or custom fields, even when these values are present in the system

Without this data, the webhook becomes unusable for automation and tracking purposes

Could you please verify and let me know how this can be resolved?

I am facing an issue with automation. After adding the new contacts to the list, automation is supposed to trigger the required actions like “send an email” by itself but it doesn’t work properly.  I always have to click on the refresh button beside every contact for automation to trigger its action. If the list is of 100 people long then i have to press the refresh button 100 times”. Please let me know what’s the issue with the automation and how to fix this problem ?
