There is no payment gateway associated with Relayzo.
I think there may be a security vulnerability.
If a customer creates a user for their staff and logs in with the “impersonate” option, a banner appears with the option “back to superadmin.” Clicking on that option opens the superadmin user, not the initial customer.
Can you look into this?
Impersonation can be initiated from the Super Admin panel, and you can return back to the Super Admin account afterward.
Let me explain what is happening. Because I think I may not have explained myself clearly.
The super administrator (superadmin@mydomain.com) creates a customer (customer1@company.com). That customer creates a user for their staff (user1@company.com). And the customer uses the “impersonation” option to log in as the user he just created (user1@company.com).
Well, if you do that, a banner appears that says “back to superadmin.” And if you click on it, you don’t go back to the customer’s account (customer1@company.com), but to the main super administrator’s account (superadmin@mydomain.com). And this is a mistake and a problem, because that customer would be accessing the super administrator’s data.
I hope I have explained myself better.

Updated. This has been corrected. But now, if we repeat the flow indicated, the banner that says “back to superadmin” appears in the customer account (customer1@company.com). And from there, it allows access to the main super administrator’s account (superadmin@mydomain.com). So the security issue remains.

Still The Advanced template is not working . I tried all the way of follow up thru emails.. and it s not cache issue . i tried in different systems and different countries too . i sent the video proof too ..But no response in support .

It’s working now. We previously fixed the issue by resolving the .htaccess configuration. Since it’s working on the demo, it should also work in your environment.

I’ve been waiting a long time for a real solution, and honestly this is getting very frustrating.
I already shared the application login details with you earlier. You asked me to test again, and I did. I tested with 20 emails per hour as well, but it’s still sending only 1 email per hour. Nothing has changed.
I’ve been facing this issue for a month now. My campaigns are delayed because of this, and I still don’t have any actual solution. You say there is no issue in the code, but the result clearly shows something is wrong on the sending side.
I waited a long time for your reply, and when you replied, there was no real fix or explanation. Now even my emails are not getting responses. Is this how you treat customers who paid for your product?
Please don’t just say everything is fine. I need a real solution. If something is wrong with my setup, tell me exactly what it is. If it’s a bug, then tell me how can i fix it.

this app is wasting my time I Scheduled campaign but it’ s running slowly I made it to send 33 email in a hour but only 3 was sent for more then a hour, now I’m waiting but nothing goes as I thought

I installed the app in cyberPanel but I didn’t have any problem about scheduling campaign at specific time or specific amount of sending, but when I moved to aapanel I ran campaign to start at specific time and send specific amount but I found out that only few emails were sent “1%” when I checked through ssh I found campaign status: “RunningLimit”, did I need to change some configuration in php or what or I need to schedule campaign in the beginning of the hour, I tested sending without limits and it’s working.
Running Limit means you are running the campaign with limit it will divide into hours. If you want to send without limit you can do this.
any reply I’m wasting my time on the app to find out freeze problems, there is no logic in Scheduler, my affiliate manger keep asking me when I will send traffic but instead of focusing on sending, I spent all the days searching for solution, if I want to send extra amount the app should send that amount, imagine I make it to send to 30 email with limit of 30 per hour with 1min delay, it sent 15 in 4 hour, this is waste of time, and the solution in your reply was “it’s may takes hour” if there was good logic in Scheduler I wouldn’t face these problem, and because of that I have to do a lot of work, even when I made limit from added sending server to send 200 per hour the sending froze because it hit the limit, when I rest it the Scheduler froze again (with 600 contact with 200 limit in 4 hours the campaign should be done but instead of that it’s sent only 219 and froze for 4 hours), this really make me disappointed, cuz I tried all solution but nothing worked and leaves me with one solution to ran it without limits and this hurts my server and my IP, and it may cause blacklist, please I need to solve the problem.

hello, right Relayzo is NOT installed or running on my domain. I need to do a fresh installation but your system thinks the license is already in use on the same domain where I want to install the app, now I’m stuck in installation page. Please reset/deactivate my license from your server so I can complete the installation. (I uninstalled aapanel from the server that I was hosting relayzo app so I can fix limit problem by using another control panel). please I want quick solution I wasted the all weak trying fixing problems, pleas rest my license so I can install the app, cuz your system thinks I am using the app while in the same domain I’m stuck to install it in the same domain.

about the limits problem I’m sorry for the first comment about “limit freeze problem” the problem wasn’t with the app it was because of control panel that I was using “aapanel” after switching back to cyberpanel the problem solved which made figure it out that the problem was with the control panel that’s was putting limits on Laravel which cuz php freeze.

If item is running on demo. It should run on your server, otherwise you misconfigured something. We already highlighted there is 403 error and we need to fix this by your side. give permissions to that folder/files.

Hi Relayzo team, the email sending scheuler is nt working as should at all. I wish I could be able to upload multiple screenshots here to back what am saying. Tried sending at maximum speed, limited- still not working as should. The thing keeps misfiring. Probably sends for the first hour right then completely stalls.Other times, it sends using only one server instead of teh allocated servers. Other time, it is not following the set speed man.

The one click update has some issues, But you can update this manually, You will need to copy and replace the files from update folder and call [relayzoappurl/migrate] or send us hosting credentials so we can update this now for you, in couple of days you will be able to update this with one click.

since your site is down and email is bouncing back so i tried few things in the meantine, i tried putting it on different server and somehow it worked (it had same php version and other required extensions etc), but now when i try to add group under delivery server it says “An error occurred while trying to access the create group page.
