I am considering purchasing this but after looking at the demo I am confused. What is the connection between campaigns, groups, lists, and sequences? I was not able to determine it from the demo. Is there documentation I can look at or could you just give me a quick explanation of how I import a list of people, create a campaign with a sequence and assign that list to a campaign?
Hi, You can import the contacts into a list, and then create a campaign sequence under a group. After that, you can run this sequence using a trigger based on the list — there, you can select the sequence group.
That doesn’t make a lot of sense. I don’t currently you have 3 types of group but I don’t see how they correspond to each other and how to trigger a sequence.
Sequences are created within a group, and the group is executed through a trigger. It’s as simple as that
You need to stop ignoring my emails.. How many follow-ups do I need to send per reply? I missed out on a campaign season because of your app that sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. I need that to be fixed as a matter of urgency.
Could you please clarify what exactly happens when it seems like the application stops working?
Firstly its was the unsubscribe shortcode, it didn’t work, you blamed on my server for this, in the end I give up as I wanted to run my campaigns ASAP. Then the issue with cron jobs, it was working absolutely fine, it stopped working for whatever reason, I contacted you and you said there will be an update to fix this issue. I tried to use the update button and it didn’t work, so you suggested to update it manually. I downloaded the entire updated script from codecanyon and followed the instructions EXACTLY how its stated on your “manual upgrade” guide and it did absolutely nothing. I contacted you again TWICE after this and haven’t heard from you. Bear in mind that every time I emailed you between issues, I had to send another follow up just so I get a reply from you.
The products and services that we provide are seasonal. And this means we could not send the campaigns on time and therefore potentially lost on sales. At this point, you’re costing us money!
We identified an issue with our scheduling logic, which has now been fixed. We’ll be releasing an update tonight, and hopefully, that will resolve the problem.
Regarding the unsubscribe link, please ensure that you are not adding http or https manually with the unsubscribe shortcode — the system will generate the full link automatically.
That’s great, thanks. As for the unsubscribe issue, we had this conversation and you’ve seen with your own eyes that there is no HTTP or HTTPS added. You tested the link numerous of times and when you couldn’t understand why it was happening, you blamed it on the “server’s configuration” which makes no sense to me and neither made sense to the support team at the hosting company. But like I said, don’t have the time to argue, I simply want the script to work.

Good evening, this is just a follow up to see if there are any updates in regards to the concerns I raised so that my team can be able to proceed with the marketing campaigns.It’s been 4 days.
Quick recap:-this were the concerns: 1. The Backup feature. The issue I see here is the system says its backing up/ backed up but where are the backups stored at. I cannot see the backup neither in the system files nor were they downloaded.
2. The split testing/AB testing feature. It works but I think it can improved in the following ways.Depending on the copies a user wants to test, the system automatically splits their list based n the number of email copies or set parameters allowing users to divide their total email list into random, equally sized groups for testing different versions of an email campaign.eg suppose I have 2 email copies I want to test, rather than split the email list of the platform to text the copies , The system automatically splits the selected email list into at least two random groups:
Group A receives Version A of the email.
Group B receives Version B of the email.
3. a). The cron job issue when sending emails just for consistency in sending speed. b). The Geolite system seems to be misbehaving when tracking emails. Like locations don’t show up. c). The unsubscribe issue. I get weird unsubscribes almost immediately when I send a campaign.
We’ve made some changes to the cron job, and I hope this will fix issue 3.a.
Additionally, most email receivers have security measures that automatically verify links, making them appear as if they’ve been clicked. Implementing a two-step verification process would be a good solution for this.
Hi, I am still experiencing cron job issues after update and clearing caches. The scheduling still aint working as should. Only worked fine for 24 hurs then stopped sending sompletely.

I would like to import a contact list. Could you provide a sample file for importing multiple contacts? Thank you in advance.
You can import contacts into system in any format. You will just need map the custom fields respectively.
I tried uploading my contacts in a CSV (comma-separated values) file with a single column called “email,” which I selected during import. It detects all 1485 email addresses in my file, which is correct, but the process always gets stuck and no email addresses are saved in the system.

Hi, woke up today to an update V4.1.5 . Thanks buddy. A few more recommendations to make the system world class and a few minor issues:

Need help… I installed my license first in one domain but I’m not using that domain and the hosting has closed that domain. Everything is deleted from that domain. Now I’m trying to install the application on new domain but it’s not accepting and saying error already used on previous domain. Could you please help me on this to use the new license on new domain

HI , I have few questions ,
1. I added Aws SES as a seding server . then tried to add sending domian . those domains already added with proper DNS records . still its not showing green tick .
sis that mandatory that the sending domain must have all green tick .. since i already match the requirements of AWS of those sending domain ( proper SPF , Dmarc etc )
2. addingl List , import option ..ther is no sample excel format ..soo much confusions , enable that or suggest me if any .

If you’re using Amazon SES, there’s no need to verify the DNS entries within Relyzo. Those entries are typically used for SMTP configurations.
You can import any type of data—there’s no need for a sample file. Just create the required custom fields, map them accordingly, and proceed with the import.
Hi there, i have realised some issues when sending campaigns I would like your help addressing them:
1. The sending speed is not consistent. One campaihgns works perfectly well. When I add another,the system seems to get confused. I don’t know if it is teh cron jobs or what. It will send but not use all teh allocated servers. I will send an email to team@realyzo.com with detailed description.
2. I get unsubscribe emails that seem quite odd. I sent and email and immediately get an unsubscribe. It does not make sense. I will send an email again describing this issue.

Hi, am unable to undate to the latest version. I am stuck in version 4.1.2. When I clik on update- it just keeps on loadinhg infinitely. I have tired in inognito, cleared cache, cookies- still not updating. Same for teh backup feature. Kindly address this soonest.
