First, I want to congratulate you on building such a powerful product. I recently installed Easy Forms on my server and I’m very impressed with the flexibility and potential. As an agency owner, I’m exploring using this platform to offer forms and surveys as a service to my clients, so I’ve been diving deeply into the functionality.

I had a few questions and observations and wanted to make sure I’m not overlooking existing features within the admin dashboard.

Login / Registration Page

Currently the admin settings only allow changing the product name and logo. I was wondering if there are additional options available (or planned), such as:

• Changing the background color or styling of the login/registration page • Uploading a custom favicon • Allowing users to register/login using Google authentication (which is often more reliable and user-friendly) • Refreshing the captcha image (currently there doesn’t appear to be a way for users to reload a captcha if it’s difficult to read)

Form Builder

While building forms I noticed that there doesn’t appear to be an option to include:

• Images • Videos

Am I possibly overlooking a setting that allows rich media to be embedded within forms?

Templates

There is an option to import forms/templates. Could you clarify the intended source for these templates?

Are there official template libraries available, or are these meant to be imported from other installations?

Agency / SaaS Use Case

As someone interested in offering this platform as a service to clients, I was also curious whether you have plans to introduce any features that support a subscription or SaaS-style model.

Form Structure

A couple of additional usability questions:

• Is there currently a way to create multi-step forms? • Can form fields be displayed across separate pages or sections so that longer forms do not require excessive scrolling?

Again, I want to emphasize how impressed I am with the product overall. The fact that it can be self-hosted and extended through custom code makes it extremely attractive for agencies like mine.

I just installed the script on a subdomain. There’s all indication that it installed successfully, but then I lost the page with the login button to the admin dashboard. What is the admin login URL? In summary :

I ran the domain.com/script/index.php?r=update

The page of login was displayed well, but after entered credentials (automatically), and clicked “Connect” there was an error message.

So I try again, domain.com/script/index.php?r=update, and this time the error message is immediate (no more login page for making the update again)

Error (#8192) An internal server error occurred.

I also uncommented the update line from web.php (‘update’ => [‘class’ => ‘app\modules\update\Module’],)

And still, the error message 8192.

I made a backup of all files and sql database before.

This form I have created was a very long work and very important (this was a project of an evolution of the Economy, and people could register on this form).

Please help if you cancelled your amazing work, a last time for a last customer. I would greatly appreciate.

What do i do i followed the intructions perfectly

I have the following requirement and would like to find out whether this is feasible. I have already purchased the app

It concerns a survey/questionnaire that is a multi-step form, which most likely does not need to be completed all at once.

In detail: the interested user first registers (double opt-in) and can then access the form assigned to their group via the dashboard and fill it out. Since the user is already known at this point, personal information should not have to be entered again.

The desired workflow would be as follows: the admin receives a notification and can review the submitted entries. It should be possible for the admin to add comments to each page of the multi-step form, which are then communicated to the user. The user then revisits their entries and corrects the relevant sections. This process can be repeated as needed.

At the end, the admin should have the option to close the questionnaire, after which no further changes can be made by the registered user.

However, since it lacks the Flutterwave payment gateway, it may not be preferable in many African countries, including mine. Popular payment gateways like PayPal have put us in sending-only mode, so we are unable to receive payments. However, Flutterwave allows us to receive payments. So, is there any plan to add this in the near future?

Before purchasing 1- does this system run on shared hosting? 2- Is it SaaS, self-service?
