1. POS Add-on Enhancement: Offline Mode The POS needs Offline Support (PWA). Retailers must be able to process sales without an internet connection, with auto-sync once the connection is restored. This is critical for reliability.
Your request is not practically aligned with how a web-based application is designed to operate. By definition, a web application relies on an internet connection to communicate with the server, process data, and keep everything synchronized. Expecting a fully web-based system to function without internet connectivity is technically unrealistic.
Additionally, the POS module in our system was specifically designed to work alongside the eCommerce platform. Its primary purpose is to ensure that orders, stock, customers, and sales data remain synchronized with the online store in real time. This integration requires server communication, which naturally depends on an active internet connection.
If the requirement is to operate in a completely offline environment, that would require a different architectural approach, such as a dedicated offline POS system with local database synchronization mechanisms. Such functionality is far beyond the scope of the current web-based POS that is built for eCommerce operations.
Therefore, the current POS is optimized for online retail environments where internet connectivity is available, ensuring real-time data consistency across the entire eCommerce system.

hello friends, first of all incredible job of yours, but i would like to point to a missing thing in the pos addon even in the last update, why havent you enable the percentage discount, why only flat discount, most discounts are offered by percentage 10%, 20% and so on, it would be a great addition to it if your users could have that one advantage include in a next update

Nope this is online based software. It will not work on offline.

Every POS software/add-on includes a common feature: both product purchase price and sale price. However, your CMS currently supports only the sales price, which limits the ability to track profit and loss in a business. Therefore, adding a product purchase price field is an essential requirement for any system.
Another important missing feature is order filtering. POS orders and e-commerce orders should be separated and filtered independently.
Are you using the item?
In your demo, I have already tested many features. Although I haven’t purchased yet, I am evaluating how it would fit into my main system. I noticed a few missing components:
There is no way to set a purchase price for products, only the sale price. This is a key feature for any POS system to track profit and loss.
Even in the demo, there is no filtering system that clearly separates eCommerce/online orders from POS orders.
For a real-world example of a POS + eCommerce integration that includes these features, you can look at StoreKing Ecommerce on CodeCanyon.
The product price is coming from product upload section and that price is showing on the POS. Already the selling price is settled from product upload form. So why it will need to insert the product price on POS?

Please add option to disable mandatory shipping information for walk-in customers. Because its irrelevant in our use case (walk-in customers purchases are cash and carry).
