I purchased the Active eCommerce Wholesale (B-B) plugin twice and made a mistake. I wanted to purchase another plugin. Instead of purchasing the Active eCommerce POS Manager plugin, I purchased the Wholesale (B-B) plugin. Can I return it?

Currently, product exchange options are not available in the marketplace. However, we’d like to assist you. Here’s what you can do:

Purchase the addon you wish to acquire. Submit a refund request for Active eCommerce Wholesale (B-B) using all your purchase codes. Once we receive your request, we will process a refund for one license of the addon.

From this pos, I discovere that a vendor can view all registered customers which is not supposed to be.

A vendor is only supposed to see list of walk-in customer or customers that have previously made purchases from the seller.

Note if vendor can see all the registered customer then no privacy and as such malicious sellers can easily establish communication with customer

To address this, we plan to make this feature dynamic. This means the admin will have the flexibility to decide whether to share customer details with sellers. They can enable it for transparency or disable it to maintain privacy based on their preference.

I have purchased OTP & POS System today,

as per documentation I have installed add-on from admin panel and activated successfully, unfortunately no add-on showing left side of the admin manager panel. what is the reason?

kindlly add payment gateway in such a way that seller can also show payment QR code to customer for getting direct payment and goes into admin payment methos it was configured…

1.Remove website button from POS, as it is opening testing website …

2.Seller can see all customers while placing order, even other customers from other sellers

3.Seller can’t see customers list in Dashboard to check how many customer base he has.

4.Payment method to purchase package is not there …

5.Country, State, City not showing while placing order on POS ….

1. The POS is integrated with the CMS, that’s why the button is there. 2. We do not organise customers by seller. The system has customer and only admin can add or delete customers. 3. We are noting the point for seller based customers. In future we will try to integrate this options. 4. We haven’t add any package related to POS in Seller Subscription. In future we will add packages. For now admins can only enable and disable POS for sellers. 5. Country, State & City is already showing in our demo. You have to confirm the address from delivery icon.

Admin must be able to use POS on seller product, consider adding this feature, because these days, multivendor marketplaces also have Warehouse, and fulfillment and physical sale centers. So consider this option

Actually this is depend on each business diagram that someone may need to have seller’s access or someone may not have. We are noting your point and will implement this process in a dynamic ways. As like if admin want to open the seller access he/she can do it with a single click or else he/she can disable it.

This is completely dynamic system. You can set this Thermal Printer Size from admin panel.

I don’t understand what’s POS, I why I need it Importance?

By this POS Manager Addon you can add a new option to create an order from the admin/seller panel for walk-in customers through the website. Admin can make orders of inhouse products & a seller can make orders of his/her products.
