Currently, many features and add-ons available on the website are not available in the mobile app. From a business and user experience perspective, this is a serious issue. When a new feature, add-on, or update is introduced, it should be reflected on both the website and the application at the same time so they remain aligned.
In most professional platforms, the website and the mobile app represent the same system. Whether a user accesses the service via the website or the app, they expect the same features and functionality.
This mismatch may: • Confuse users • Reduce trust in the platform • Negatively affect user adoption of the mobile app
Please clarify: 1. Why all website features are not available in the mobile app 2. Whether future updates will be synchronized between both platforms 3. If there is a roadmap to make the app fully compatible with the website

- I couldn’t find the bank transfer option for payment in the demo panel. Is this feature available? For example: Select Bank Transfer, enter bank details, and upload the receipt. Then, control and confirm the payment from the panel.

The demo runs all panels at the same time (Admin, Seller, Customer, and Delivery), which is not how the system is used in real-life scenarios. As a result, the demo may appear slower than actual usage. In real operation, users access only their respective panels, so performance is significantly faster. With a Regular License, you will receive lifetime updates with full feature availability for one domain.
the seller store only shows products under: Featured Products, New Arrival Products, Last Viewed Products.
So, if the sellers doesn’t select the Featured option and doesn’t create a New Arrival Products listing how and where dose the seller products show in the store? there must be a default view of the seller products in the store

There is serious confusion and poor communication from your support side.
One team member says the issue will be fixed, another says it is already fixed, but in reality the same problem still exists on our LIVE system. We have checked multiple times.
