You can use both options turned on only in combination with subscription plans, otherwise the setting in the main AI settings page is global for everyone

There seems to be an issue. When you delete a user from the admin panel, you see a pop-up message stating “Delete Failed”.
After this, click OK on the message, then, when you click Delete User again, you get another pop-up message saying Confirm User Deletion.
Click Delete to confirm, then you get another message saying “Oops…”. Something went wrong!
Refresh the page, and then the user has been deleted?
This is on the latest version V8.9

Its been 3 weeks I have purchased and trying to make it work. Now your support has also stopped replying. Earlies I used to get 1 reply on a ticket per day now I get 1 reply after 1 week.
And I am not asking for any extra favor, I am having bugs, it is not working the way it supposed to and I need the solution.
