1️⃣ Use stable commercial proxies
Do not use free or public proxies — they are often blocked.
We recommend high-quality HTTP/HTTPS residential or datacenter proxies.
2️⃣ Import at least 300 proxies (without username/password)
The more proxies you use, the faster and more stable the extraction will be.
3️⃣ Add multiple keywords in bulk
Multiple keywords expand your search range and increase results.
4️⃣ Clear history before starting a new task
Prevents old jobs from slowing down or blocking new sessions.
I attempted all lists I could, even purchased proxies from Brazil today and it didn’t work. Tried it with some free lists from various countries and it also didn’t work. Follow the instructional videos, tried with proxies with no password and just IP and ports, tried it with passwords as well. Nothing, it searches and finds nothing.
Using another online software I found results in seconds. This is too much effort in comparison and time is of the essence.
It may be something with my local internet access, I honestly don’t know. I see that it worked from some users, but this is not for me.

I spoke about the issue to you since an hour after the purchasing. I followed instructions to attempt usage of the software and you mentioned to try a different route, which I did, in order to get a refund and a cancellation.
I work two jobs, I have no time to waste in videos, nor keep spending on proxies to make it work, nor make videos and such.
I have already found an online tool that works and paid for it.
I appreciate your effort to find a solution, and I am sure it works in other circumstances or countries, but it didn’t for me after spending the weekend and yesterday on it.

Signed up for proxy servers, installed a long list of servers with username and passwords (not free), and still nothing. It searches now, but does not seem to work in Brazil, although I attempted various keywords and the +55 before the keywords, it did not find anything.
If not other options to make it work, please refer me to cancel the purchase and refund by revoking the license.

Proxy type: Please use no-username/password proxies (IP-whitelisted or token), which are more compatible.
Pool & rotation: Import at least 200 healthy proxies and enable rotation.
Reset task: Before a new search, Stop → Reset/Clear results → Start from Task Manager. If issues persist, share 1 proxy sample (HOST:PORT) and a recent log snippet. If it still doesn’t meet your needs, we can revoke the license and assist with a refund.
