We noticed that some users have successfully verified their accounts using NID or Passport, but the verified checkmark is not appearing on their bio/profile page.
Could you please look into why the verification badge is not showing even after successful verification? Let us know if this is a UI issue, a backend sync problem, or something else.

I noticed that a user subscribed to a $5 plan using a coupon and paid $4 via Stripe. However, I expected the next month’s payment to be $5, but it seems Stripe is still charging $4. Could you check why the subscription is still taking the discounted amount instead of the full plan price?

That is how coupons work in general. It is applied for the duration of the plan until cancelled.

Hello Developer, on the website’s biography page, in the section where users’ created pages are located, could you add an option to remove the page from being displayed on the site?
Not disable it, but prevent it from being shown on the site, as many users create them but don’t finish their biography page.

I am currently facing an issue with Twitter (X) authentication in my application.
When users log in using Twitter (X), their email address is not being returned or displayed in our admin/user dashboard. I have already enabled the “Request email from users” option in the X Developer Portal for my app.
Despite this setting being enabled, the email field remains empty for users who authenticate via Twitter (X).
Could you please clarify:
Under what conditions a user’s email is returned?
Whether additional permissions, scopes, or app settings are required?
If there are any known limitations or recent changes related to email access in Twitter (X) login?
Your guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Normally you should be able to get the email if you enabled the option however X’s API is very unstable. They change stuff without mentioning it. I will check to see if anything changed.

I’ve noticed that around 80% of our website’s blog articles are getting indexed automatically, but the Help Center FAQs Related Articles are not being indexed. Could you help me understand why this might be happening?
Do you think this could be related to sitemap configuration, or is there another underlying issue preventing these pages from being indexed?

The sitemap contains both blog articles and help categories. There is nothing to prevent crawlers from indexing it. I had someone view a QR code image from a very far away country. This QR code is very new and has not been published anywhere. I am concerned this and future QR code image files are just available for crawling. Is that the case? Does anyone know more, are they hashed etc? Trying to get an understanding of the security. The QR code contains random short urls so most likely a bot or someone visited your website with a random url and found a match. The likelihood of this happening is very low.

Yes. It will have products, SKUs, checkout and the ability to mark products as shipped. It is kind of a full e-commerce system. At the moment, it is only implemented with Stripe because the site owner will be able to receive a commission on sales but we will be adding more payment systems as soon as we figure out how the site owner can earn the commission without them having to hassle with payouts.
If the payment isnt Stripe or Paypal, Need another way to collect your commission (e.g., monthly invoice, wallet balance, or requiring them to top up)

I am building a simple device-pairing system (similar to a short-link workflow), and I want to know if your script already supports this, or if you can add it as a custom feature.
What I need:
1. No login required for visitors… When a user opens my main URL on a Desktop/mobile etc browser, it should automatically show a unique 5–6 digit code, based on that Desktop/Mobile browser/device.
- The code must remain the same every time for that specific browser, but must be different for every other browser/device.2. Second page for mobile
– Another URL (example: site.com/go) should ask the user to enter the 5–6 digit code.
– After entering the code, the mobile user should see a simple interface where they can paste any download link or URL, and it should immediately appear on the Desktop/main url page. No login or account system should be required.
3. Live connection
– When the mobile user pastes a link or submits a new URL, the desktop browser/main url page should update instantly or reload to show that button/link.
4. Simple admin control (optional)
– A very small backend page for me only, to reset or clear codes if needed.
My questions:
1. Does your existing script already support any of these features?
2. If not, can you add them as a customization?
3. What would be the cost and the time needed for this custom work?
Please let me know your price and whether you can handle this type of device-pairing logic (fingerprinting + code mapping + simple real-time update).

That happens because your php configuration is not set properly. Make sure the php max_input_vars is set to 3000 to make sure there is enough for all strings.

1) You can just compress the site folder in a zip and unzip it in the new server. You also need to export the database and import it on the new server. There are plenty of tutorials online. We also provide migration services.
2) You can use Certbot to generate free ssl.
3) You can access them via FTP
4) Servers by default do not come with a mail module. You will need to install them however I highly recommend using a third party service like AWS SES or sites like sendgrid.
5) There are a lot of pros however it will require some maintenance on your part.

1. cPanel comes with many modules pre-installed however you can install those same modules on VPS e.g. firewall, anitvirus etc. You can search for “How to secure a VPS” and there are thousands of tutorials.
