Hola!

I saw shopify integration update. For extended full license do you have any plans to integrate WooCommerce in your roadmap?

thanks!

Hi, we don’t publish roadmaps or commit to specific integrations. Current features: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs

The check for the automatic update is way to slow… It has a 2 second sleep time… it should be usleep(10000) or even 5000… Had to do it manually…

thanks

It would be great if, in the future, you implemented a raffle module, making the script the most complete on the market.

Following the same dynamics as the points cards, the merchant scans the QR code generated for the customer, enters the amount spent, and the system assigns the corresponding entries. On the selected raffle date, the system automatically chooses a winner from all the entries.

Thanks for the suggestion! It’s an interesting idea.

Today, both merchants and customers really love instant raffles and time-limited raffles. It is something that strongly attracts both businesses and users, so having that option would be very valuable.

Hi, it should be possible to limit member to specific Network or networks… or something, because, i mean, there is no way to restrict members from any type, be it network or clubs…?

And by the way… Great work on the script…

Portago Purchased

Or maybe make Clubs (cards), global or invite based? Global is for every user and invite based is summoned by staff of club… So the cards are “hidden” until summoned… thats a soft version of “restricting”...

Thanks! I’m not entirely sure I follow what you’re describing. Please send a message with your use case and I’ll take a look.

Thanks, will do…

This is the first time a dev has produced such a truly informative Product Doc. The (Who Is This For?) section provides great details on understanding the business models you can offer. Great Product and Great Documentation.

Appreciate that! Glad the documentation helped clarify things.

PWA has been requested a few times. It’s not currently planned. We’re focused on features that improve the core loyalty mechanics.

I found a relatively easy way to implement PWA. All visited cards, including QR codes, are now cached and available offline: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/administration/pwa-configuration

Awesome!!! Thanks.

great job, it’s so well designed. is it possible to use the regular license to pitch an mvp with all the fetaures included? and upgrade if going to next stage…

Thanks! Sure, send a message if you want to know how to set up the demo content.

Hi, when will you be updating the Vouchers section?

Hopefully this week

Hello.. Regarding the stamp card, what will happen when the end costumer finished all all stamp from the cared and get the rewared? Is the stamp card start over again or the costumer can’t use the card agin?

That depends on your stamp card settings. Test it in the demo or check the docs: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/stamp-cards/member-introduction

Stamp cards are only a few days old, so there may be bugs. Feel free to report those by sending a support message. 3.0 is just a week old, teething issues are expected.

Hi team we know that you guys do not want to listen to your customer also do not want to get dominate by customers need, Please do understand asking for “add mobile numbers field during registration” is very little ask that people asked about many months ago and we waited, I think its clearly upsetting that it dose not bother you at all. You guys have changed to whole code to 3.0 but that “mobile numbers field during registration” ????

This was addressed in my email on October 30, 2024. Repeating the request publicly doesn’t change the answer.

We get many feature requests. Some are viable, some are not. Some may come within a few months, some take longer. You have full source code. Implement it yourself or hire a developer.

Ok. Just wondering can you guys do any customisation by any chance?

We only work with registered companies. For business inquiries, contact us.

Do you use WhatsApp for instant messaging?

What do you mean?

I’d like to purchase your source code, but I noticed that your backend doesn’t integrate a payment system, so I’m wondering if it’s the complete source code. Do you have a WhatsApp account so I can communicate with you promptly?

You guys are doing a great job! However, I have a few suggestions that could make it even more effective. First, when users register, I recommend adding an option to include their phone number. As you know, most people use their phones or WhatsApp more frequently than email.

Additionally, I suggest considering the development of a Progressive Web App (PWA) for better performance and accessibility. Finally, it would be great if you could add a stamp system, where business owners can choose between a stamp system or a points-based system.

Thank you!

Thanks! We don’t discuss features in comments. Public requests don’t influence our developments, we follow our own product strategy. For suggestions or business inquiries, best send a message.

Stamps and PWA are implemented now.

Stamp cards: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/stamp-cards/introduction

PWA: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/administration/pwa-configuration

Phone numbers may come later when other features require it.

Plz consider adding PWA to this app , will be helpful for the users & stuff

I found a relatively easy way to implement PWA. All visited cards, including QR codes, are now cached and available offline: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/administration/pwa-configuration

Any chance you will be bringing in the punch card system for the loyalty cards?

Also the redeem code is 4 digit. will we be making it somehow longer.

We don’t commit to features publicly.

The 4 digit redeem code is a backup for when scanning isn’t possible. It’s linked to a specific member, single use, and expires, so the short length isn’t a security concern.

I don’t think this will work between us if you’ve closed the docs to only work with active support on license renewal. The docs should be available to us as customers. We can’t personalize the script because the docs are restricted to active support payment, which i think it’s against envato rules…please solve this issue asap, or we will request a refund. Thanks for understanding!

We’ve updated this. Documentation is now accessible with any purchased license regardless of support status.

Here’s a new update: https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/changelog/changelog

Thanks! :) Have an amazing day

NO MATTER HOW ADVANCED FEATURES YOU BRING ON THE TABLE, UNTIL YOU PRIORITIZE AND IMPLEMENT FEATURE – “SUBSCRIPTION TO BUSINESSES”, THE SYSTEM WILL BE ALWAYS INCOMPLETE. AND IF YOU THINK THAT SAAS IS NOT YOUR OBJECTIVE BEHIND SYSTEM, YOU ARE MISSING 90% MORE SALES OF THIS SCRIPT. THATS MY UNFILTERED OPINION.

smsb2b

SIMPLE JUSTIFICATION FOR MY OPINION IS THAT – . 90% SCRIPT BUYERS ON CODECANYON WANT TO BUY YOUR SCRIPT TO EARN BY USING SCRIPT DIRECTLY (EG. SAAS) . (NON-TECHNICAL USERS WHO CAN DIRECTLY BENEFIT FROM SCRIPT ARE HUGE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW ABOUT CODECANYON. AND THEY JUST GOOGLE & PURCHASE REQUIRED SERVICE FROM AVAILABLE SAAS PROVIDER.)

BTW THANK YOU FOR HEARING.

We were one of the first to offer SaaS scripts on CodeCanyon. What we learned: it becomes a race to the bottom. Support shifts to payments, invoices, plan limitations, and failed transactions. And on top of that, you become part of their customer service. Meanwhile, the core product suffers.

Very few buyers of SaaS scripts actually succeed, but those who do need support as if you were delivering custom work for custom prices. That only works for certain products at a certain level of maturity.

We are investigating a separate SaaS offering for tools that are better suited to that model. Generic products that every agency needs (customer portals, white-label dashboards) work as SaaS. Loyalty programs are more niche. See https://nowsquare.com/en-us/clientstack

Hi I am not sure how to update from version 2.7.2 to your new version 3.0. The documentation talks about one click update in the licence and update section but I cant find it. Can you provide a guide to how i can update from 2.7.2 to 3.0

There’s no upgrade path from 2.x to 3.0. The database structure was completely rebuilt, so 3.0 requires a fresh install. The one-click updates apply to future 3.x versions going forward. More details at https://rewardloyalty.co/docs/changelog/changelog (see 3.0.0)

i need a trail version of your project before purchasing

Do you have a SaaS offering version of this project or can your support the conversion to a SaaS when I purchase the software.

Thank you for your interest! The script supports multiple businesses but isn’t a SaaS with automated billing/subscriptions. Creating, supporting and maintaining a SaaS script is a full-time business, unfortunately not viable in this niche market.

Hello there! I am interested to buy your script but I have a question first.

Is it possible for members to save their card in an wallet app to their phones?

Thank you for your interest! This script creates web-based digital cards that work in any browser.

Native wallet integration (Apple/Google Wallet) is a separate type of project. It requires platform-specific tools and certificates that go beyond a standalone PHP script.

Hi i am eagerly looking agent AI solution. Is there any tentative date for launch .

Thank you for your interest, but please send a message for these kinds of inquiries.
