This field is visible when exporting users, so you can take it into account if, for example, you want to import them into a newsletter system. It has no other functionality in the system itself.

You collect points and can create a free pizza reward (e.g. 9 points). Customers earn points per purchase (e.g. min/max 1 point per purchase). Whether this works for your use case, you’ll need to test in the demo. This is not a stamp card system if you’re looking for that.
My question is very simple:
Can I use your script for my pizzeria so that when a customer buys 1 pizza, they earn 1 point or 1 stamp, and after 9 pizzas bought, the 10th pizza is free?
I don’t care if it’s called points or stamps, the system just needs to work exactly like that.
You told me to test the demo, but it’s not clear how your script works exactly:
Does the customer show a QR code?
Or does the pizzeria show a QR code that the customer scans?
Does the customer have to go on a website?
Or is everything managed just by QR codes?
Please explain clearly how the system works in practice so I can be sure your script fits my needs.

friend, I tested the demo but when I click to share a card via WhatsApp, only the link appears. Other sites I share on show images. For example, when I share a link to a product on Amazon, an image of the product and the link appears on WhatsApp. Does this do this or does it just send the link?

Im interested in your product, it looks to be well made, my concern is that it is not updated since feb 2025 and wonder if you plan to continue to update this software with improvements in the future.

Hello, dear! Amazing product! Before everything, know that I have read the FAQ and customisations writings of the product, however, Here are some improvements that would be needed:
1. Per CLUB and/or PARTNER Enable/Disable the Request points links between memebers (so that they are not able to transfer points) 2. Improved API for partner account creation, suspension, deletion 3. The 500 error when a partner tries to create a loyalty card without a reward attached (it should show an error notification and allow the partner to change before resubmitting instead of giving a 500 error, and making them redo the card from scratch) 4. System colours should be changed easily from the admin panel 5. A better homepage/presentation, instead of cards showing 6. The cards should have a DOES NOT EXPIRE option, instead of mandatory expiration on date (the expiration label should disappear if doesn’t expire option is enabled)

Hi, I hava a presale question. May I ask instead of points, can this be configured as stamps? like buy 5 coffee get 1 free?
You can try on the demo if this works for your use case. Set up a campaign where:
1. Each purchase = 1 point (stamp)
2. Create a reward that requires 5 points
3. The reward can be “1 free coffee”
The system doesn’t have specific “stamp” visuals.

I purchased a full extended license recently, got a question:
Which files & database tables I should be looking into, to modify the card & member identifiers (serial codes) into alphanumeric?
1) Card Identifier (series code) right now its 3-3-3-3 digits, i want to use alphanumeric and extend it to 4-4-4-4-4 alphanumeric.
2) Member User identifier,.i want to increase and add alphanumeric code instead of current 3-3-3-3 digits to alphanumeric 4-4-4-4-4
3) In both cases (1) & (2) above – i’m assuming it will generate QR code without much changes in script / function for QR code.

Pre purchase question 1. does it have API features to plugin to Wordpress 2. API for plugin to point of sale 3. Instead of QR code can we use the Cell phone (mobile phone) number as the membership number as this number is unique as well 4. So when they purchase at a pos or online it shows their points and can redeem or get discounts against it.
