You can get an email notification with a new reply. When you reply via email, the system cannot sync the message.

I purchased your product, I am currently testing the installation on my cloud server. Unfortunately, I am encountering a 500 Internal Server Error during the installation process. The error occurs immediately, and I am unable to access the service check page.
I have also tried to install on a local server, but I am experiencing the same 500 error there as well.

Resolved, but I just install this item in server. After login as a admin it redirect 404 page. (admin/dashboard) route are not available. Could you please solve this and update your script.
