I read through the details on the product page even without testing the demo, I gave kudos to the developer team, great work.

My questions.

1. Is it possible to integrate the chat as widget to other website? With that we will get our customers covered in real time.

2. Does it support SSO, which will allow users who already sign up on our website to login with thier account without having to signup again to create ticket?

3. Can the agents create ticket on behalf of customers and the customer can follow up in their mail?

4. Can the AI be connected to the knowledge base where it can answer base on what is available in the knowledgebase, with that the response will be precise about what we do.

Can you please make the knowledge base support pagenation ( what I mean is, there are several articles that has to do with a particular topic, once you are done reading the first one you can easily click next or click back). I don’t know f you understand me.

I just install this item in server. After login as a admin it redirect 404 page. (admin/dashboard) route are not available. Could you please solve this and update your script.

You need to add the GPT chat key to the settings. This will enable the AI reply option on the ticket view page. The AI will provide an answer based on the previous response.

Hello, the script is not working correctly. When creating categories they do not appear in the admin but they do appear in the DB. You put the logo but you don’t see the change. Saves but does not update. If it is not fixed I will request a refund or you will reimburse me.

Yes, all types of users will get email notifications for creating tickets or changing ticket status. The system has both Google and Facebook social login.
