Hello, i am experiencing an issue with the pagination. The problem isn’t with the in‐page sort (each page is correctly ordered in descending order) but with how the query’s offset is calculated for pagination. Essentially, Simple Link Directory Pro is breaking the complete results into pages using the default (ascending) grouping, then ordering the items within each page in descending order. That means the newest records (which have the highest IDs or latest timestamps) are ending up on the last page, even though on that page they’re internally ordered correctly. Can you assist in resolving this issue?

First, I want to say that I love the Simple Link Directory Pro plugin. It has been incredibly useful for managing our links. However, I’m encountering an issue that I hope you can help me resolve.

I’m running into a problem when adding new items to certain lists. While some lists allow me to add more than 30 items without trouble, others seem to cap out around 10. I’ve already increased my max_input_vars setting to 15,000, but that didn’t seem to have any effect.

Is there another configuration or setting I need to adjust to allow more items in a given list? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I’m currently testing the PRO version of the Simple Link Directory plugin on one of my sites. While the plugin offers some great functionalities, I’ve encountered a significant issue: every time I activate the plugin, the backend of my site slows down drastically, making it nearly impossible to navigate between menus in the backend. BTW, I downloaded the PRO version using my Envato Elements account.

I’ve researched online and noticed that others have reported similar issues, but I haven’t found a solution beyond the one provided on this page https://www.quantumcloud.com/resources/knowledgebase/my-site-is-slow/. I’ve checked, and I’m not using auto favicons, so that doesn’t seem to be the cause.

My site is hosted on a Digital Ocean VPS (8GB RAM, 4 Cores) through Cloudways, with the PHP configuration below, so I’m confident it’s not a resource issue:
