2. Tag feature in comments: When we write a comment and want to Tag someone, we just type a letter, and then it will show one who has this letter in their name to select it more conveniently.

After you have logged time in a project or task, how do you then invoice for that time? Preferably each task or timesheet entry listed per line on the invoice? I can’t seem to figure out how to do this.

Hi author, I have seen the demo and have a suggestion: In the next update you can add a field to update photo or document (in the Field Type section of Custom fields). Custom fields are highly customizable you can add more features to it then this crm is great

To optimize workflow transparency and accelerate internal tracking, I propose implementing a user-level project access history within the CRM.
Currently, it can be challenging to retrospectively identify which projects a user has opened and interacted with on a given day. A structured history log would significantly improve operational clarity and accountability.
Proposed Feature Scope:
Each user account displays a chronological list of all accessed project IDs.
The log should include: – Project ID – Date and, ideally, timestamp of access
Example of the intended output:
Project ID 1 – 01.04.2024
Project ID 3 – 01.05.2024
Project ID 10 – 16.11.2024
Project ID 24 – 01.01.2025
This feature would materially enhance traceability, streamline internal reviews, and support more efficient project management.

Hey FairSketch, I have a pre-purchase question: When a client adds a new project in the client portal, there is a pop-up to provide new project information, and one of the fields is ‘Price’. Since clients usually do not dictate prices, can this field be removed?

I am using your system regularly. Unfortunately, there is little to no updates/features added to leave management and HR module which is very basic since day 1.
1) Leave should be applied on pro-rate basis 2) Leave management based on paid and unpaid leaves 3) Restrict employees from applying for leave multiple times 4) Manual time entry- sometimes an employee may forget to use clock-in (a request should be sent to HR for approval 5) Payroll and Salary calculations

Hi, after i made the update to the newest version. I am now facing issues with the RISE SAAS Plugin it is not working. And please add the permissions for lead/client managers and owners to see all related invoices to a client to which is one of the managers same for proposals and estimates.
