You have used your Hotmail account in support ticket system, so logged in using that and we can chat there instead of here.

- In demo that will not works even when enter correct credentials, its a disabled for demo version. if you will enter proper correct IMAP details will works fine.

I have the following features:
1 – Node v16.20.0 2 – npm v9.19.4 3 – Angular CLI v11.1.2 4 – .Net Core 3.1. 5 – Visual Studio 2022
When I start my npm start project, I get the following message:
Node.js version v16.20.0 detected. The Angular CLI requires a minimum of v18.13.
This version of CLI is only compatible with Angular versions ^18.0.0, but Angular version 11.2.11 was found instead.
And if I update Angular and/or node when starting the project, it shows errors in the modules and does not start the project either.
I have tried with several versions and combinations of both Angular and Node and I have not been able to get it to work.
The project does not start because it tells me that I have to update it and I update it and it shows me errors in the modules, conclusion my project does not start.

Load balance will assign ticket to agents which have assigned low tickets. and round robin will assign ticket to random agents.

Auto assign will only work if you enable from the admin setting otherwise auto assign agent will not work.
admin setting > show me navigation
how to auto assign admin1 to specific 1 case recursively, in future they receive specific that case, it auto goes to admin1
there is no option to assign agent or admin to specific case for now.
