store employee not receiving notification on android
Sir, As you are facing a technical issue, kindly create a support ticket and share your concern in detail. Our technical team will assist you. https://support.6amtech.com/ Thank you
When is the “Subscription-based Order” function coming? Any ETA? I see it’s available on Stackfood but not here on 6amMart. Please reply
Sir, at the moment, the support team does not have information regarding the features included in upcoming releases. We recommend staying connected with 6amTech for official updates and announcements.
Thank you
Where to get System Tax??
Sir, you can find the System Tax option in the Admin Panel under System Module Setup. Please check the attached screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/aJLma8AVccot
Thank you.
My question: Regarding delivery fees. Mostly there is user delivery fees charged and delivery fees paid to the driver. Is there a place in the system to set the different fees for both? Example: User delivery for 2Km is $1 but you wanna pay driver $2 for the 2km delivery service since the delivery boy is an independent contractor and uses their own vehicle and fuel. User deliver fees + part of admin commission is used to support driver fees.
is there a place to set both charges independently? (user fee and driver fee)
No sir, But we can develop it for you as a custom work. Feel free to open a ticket here – https://support.6amtech.com/ to book a meeting with our business team. Thank you.
I was following this project from 2/3 years and have seen the improvements; hope in future you’ll keep doing so. I have shifted to this project from another one. In Vendor registration, there is TIN field which is ‘Numeric’ only, making it text will solve a big problem where GST/PAN (which are usually alphanumeric) etc are used as a business proof/documents. hope you will consider it.
Thanks for your feedback sir, hope in next updat we will fix it.

Thanks for your feedback sir, we will investigate ASAP. Stay following and supporting us sir.
Is the dashboard fully compatible with Laravel 12? Another detail: will the voice search that will be added to the app work in the app’s language? Because when I ran a test in the demo, it only worked for searches in English.
Yes the dashboard is compatible with Laravel 12 sir and currently the voice search works with English search only. Thank you.
If the app is global, why launch a feature that will only work in one language? Many countries, especially Latin American countries, don’t speak English.
Sir hope our team will make it compatible with other languages ASAP too. Thank you.
Dear 6amTech Team, You’re already doing brilliant work with 6amMart, and I want to share an add-on idea that can genuinely elevate the entire platform.
Many vendors are now asking for their own dedicated branded website and mobile app. They want a unique identity, but they don’t want the hassle of maintaining a separate backend. The best solution is a Single Vendor Website & App Add-on that connects directly to the existing 6amMart backend.
Here’s the core logic:
• Each vendor gets a fully rebrandable frontend (website + app). • Their branding, logo, color scheme, domain, and content remain unique to them. • All management—products, orders, customers, riders—still runs through the main 6amMart backend. • Nothing changes in the operational workflow. • And using Laravel for the frontend keeps it lightweight, fast, and extremely easy to deploy.
This means vendors get their own digital identity, while we maintain one stable, scalable backend. No VPS, no multi-tenant complications, no heavy infrastructure.
Extra capability that makes this add-on even more powerful:
• The single-vendor frontend can include multiple theme options, so each vendor can choose the layout, style, and look that fits their brand. • Different industries can pick different designs — restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, services, etc. • You maintain one backend, and vendors feel like they have a professional, standalone platform.
Major benefits:
• Huge trust boost — vendors love having their own domain and branded presence • Reduced churn — nobody leaves a system once their brand identity depends on it • Clean architecture — one backend powering unlimited branded frontends • Easier scaling — Laravel deployments are quick and stable • Better UX — fast-loading sites mean higher conversions for vendors • Strong competitive edge — very few platforms offer this level of flexibility
This approach is exactly what modern SaaS systems use to scale without complexity: Central backend → multiple branded single-vendor frontends.
It’s ambitious, yes, but 6amTech has already proven it can deliver advanced solutions. This would be a high-value addition that helps both vendors and the entire 6amMart ecosystem grow stronger.
If other users agree with it then comment
( #sigle-vendor-site ) so that team can start working
Vendors will have still a store front in the main 6ammart along with their own site so that users can still order from the 6ammart app or from their own website
Very nice idea sir, many many thanks for your feedback we will discuss with our management regarding this. Stay supporting us sir. Have a nice day.
Can I allow a customer to shop from multiple stores simultaneously, with the delivery driver seeing the requested stores in a single order? This would mean two types of orders: a standard order, which is common across all apps, and a combined order. This would allow the customer to shop from multiple places at once and provide an opportunity to negotiate the delivery price with the driver. The customer would submit an offer, and the driver would see the details and accept or decline.
Thanks for your valuable feedback sir, we note your points and will forward to our product team but please take your purchase decision based on currently we have and feel free to open a ticket here – https://support.6amtech.com/ if you need anything as per your business.
What components will I get for $99?
Hello sir, check the pricing details here – https://6ammart.app/pricing/ Thank you.
I thought I would get the customer app, the seller app, the delivery app, and the admin panel for $99.
I bought the $177 offer.
Please reply my ticket 51288
Don’t worry sir the assigned person will get back to you ASAP.
Will this work on MariaDB databases?
No sir. Currently its in mysql database. Thank you
please why after setting zones it was working file then suddenly stop and start showing services not available in your area
Sir, If you are exploring our demo, please note that the demo data resets every hour. Kindly complete your exploration within this interval. Additionally, within the zone, you need to add the relevant modules and configure the other necessary settings for the services to function properly.
Thank you
sir cant you add services module
Sir, we currently do not have any plan to include this feature in the system. However, if you require it, we can implement it for you as a customization.
When You will add ETA real time showing Delivery boy Flow in User app?
Sir we already have this feature sir. But we are trying to improve the feature. Thank you.
Thank you for your reply yes i know that’s why i am say that need more improvement because whenever delivery men traveling that real time Movement Flow like riding bike not showing to the customer, and customer expect they want to see where are the delivery they want track on real time ETA and delay because of traffic they want to monitor that’s why it is very important part also one more thing is that whenever new notification send by the admin that should also reflect or get to without login customer
Thanks for your feedback sir. Stay following and supporting us.
I have a question about the currency formatting in the system. Currently, the default format displayed is “1,000.00”, but in my country the correct format is “1.000,00”, using a period for the thousand separator and a comma for the decimals. Could you please tell me how to change the currency formatting in the system to match my country’s standard? Is there any internal setting or panel option to adjust this?
Sir by default not possible. Can you please open a ticket here https://support.6amtech.com/ our team will guide you. Thank you.
According to the information provided, it states:
> “If enabled, customers can make partial payments. For example, a customer can pay $20 initially out of their $50 payment and use other payment methods for the rest. Partial payments must be made through their wallets.”
I understand this explanation, but during testing I enabled the Partial Payment option, and it does not seem to work. I also tested it on your demo, and the behavior is the same.
When checking out, there is no option to make a partial payment. The system only shows:
Full payment using digital payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is selected, the system does not deduct any partial amount from the wallet. If a digital payment option is selected, it requires the full amount to be paid.
This makes it unclear how the partial payment feature is supposed to function. I tested multiple times, including adding funds to the wallet, but no partial payment option appears.
Can you please provide a clear explanation or confirm if the feature is currently not working?
Thank you.
Sir, to use the Partial Payment feature, please ensure that it is enabled from Admin Panel → Business Settings (as shown in the screenshots you shared). Once this option is enabled, the system will automatically deduct the initial amount from the customer’s Wallet balance first.
If the wallet balance does not cover the full amount, the system will then allow the customer to pay the remaining balance using the available payment methods at checkout.
Please note that the partial amount is always deducted from the wallet first, and only the remaining amount is paid through other payment options. That is how the Partial Payment workflow is designed.
If you follow these steps, you should see the options appear as expected. Thank you.
Sir, in previous comments, you mentioned that you would consider adding a module similar to Drivemond or something similar to Uber to 6ammart. Is this still in your plans? If so, what is the estimated time for its release?
Till now no plan sir but if you need these modules you can contact our support team – https://support.6amtech.com/ Thank you.
Subject: Improvement Suggestion – Payment Methods and Currency Mapping by Geographic Zone
Hello Team, I would like to bring your attention to a very important aspect of the payment system within the application.
Currently, when a user selects an amount, the available payment methods (digital or cash-on-delivery) appear without considering the user’s geographic zone. However, each region relies on specific payment solutions, and these vary significantly from one zone to another.
For example: Payment methods used in North Africa, Central Africa, or Southern Africa are not the same.
In Europe (Eurozone), digital payments should be linked to solutions such as Stripe.
In Central Africa, other region-specific solutions are needed.
I would therefore like to suggest the following improvements:
1. Once the zone is selected, the system should determine whether the customer will pay digitally or in cash.
2. If the customer chooses digital payment, the application should display only the digital payment methods that are compatible with that specific zone.
For instance, several widely used African payment solutions are currently missing, such as:
CinetPay (operating in more than 10 African countries), MaxiCash, pawaPay as well as other local solutions depending on the region.
3. We can go even further. After selecting the zone:
The application should associate the payment methods available in that zone. Then, it should automatically link the currency used in that zone. This ensures a fully localized and seamless user experience.
Concretely: A user located in Europe should automatically see pharmacies displaying their prices in EUR, since that is the currency used in that region.
A user in Dubai should instantly see pharmacies offering prices in AED.
A user in Central Africa should see prices in FCFA, along with the digital payment methods commonly used in that region.
This creates a more logical, intuitive, and consistent experience for users worldwide.
I strongly recommend integrating this complete logic: Zone → Payment Type → Zone-Specific Payment Methods → Zone Currency.
Thank you in advance for considering this enhancement.
