The default admin URL is usually the same domain where you installed the script, followed by the admin path included in the documentation or installer setup. The default admin login is also explained in the documentation or in the installation package, depending on the version you installed.

I have checked and our support ticket system is working normally and accepting new registrations and tickets without issues. The error you are seeing:

GET http://www.geoplugin.net/php.gp?ip=111.88.14.188 resulted in a 403 Forbidden “geoPlugin API is no longer available for free use…”

does not come from our support site or from Deprixa Pro. It belongs to an external geolocation service (geoPlugin) that your browser or some plugin is calling in the background. That 403 message can appear in the browser console, but it does not block the registration or ticket form itself.

Please try the following:

Access the support site again and register using the standard registration form (email + password), not the Envato login.

Clear your browser cache or test in another browser / incognito window.

Make sure you are not using a VPN or browser extension that forces that geoPlugin request.

At the moment, our development team has been fully committed to ongoing custom projects for clients who required priority attention. Because of this, the Laravel version has progressed more slowly than expected, although it is already around 80 percent completed.

However, we still do not have a basic, stable release ready for CodeCanyon. Our initial plan was to publish it before the end of this year, and we are still working toward that goal, but we cannot release it until it meets the quality standards required.

Does your system do the following, please indulge me on this.

1. Have a dashbord or where customers can track shipment (must not necessary be a dashboard)

2. Does it have – Daily Sales – spreadsheet‐like view/drop‐down: Waybill, destination, Price, STAT (paid/pending), Delivery type (Standard/go-faster), Payment method (Cash, Transfer, POS, Wallet), REF, Declared value, Customer type, User (Staff name), Date

3. Can the currency be changed to NGN

4. Bank Processing Order – generate ticket to pay cash into banks daily (date, ref, staff name, amount, bank branch, deposit date, deposit status: pending/verified)

5. Quick Quotes – for rush customers asking price for sending item to a particular location

6. Groups & Packages – group shipments by state/location

7. Fleet Dispatch – details of rider + items they carry for delivery and Fleet tracking

8. Customer Drop-Off – customer walks in, wants express delivery (priced higher – roughly twice normal)

9. Dispatch Drop-Off – rider picks up item at customer’s location for express delivery

Customer tracking Yes. The system includes full shipment tracking for customers through a public tracking page. A customer dashboard is also included, but tracking does not require logging in.

Daily Sales with spreadsheet-like view The system includes reports such as invoices, shipment lists, payment status, destinations, and user activity. However, the exact spreadsheet-style layout you described is not included by default. This can be developed as a customization.

Currency change (NGN) Yes. The system allows changing currency to NGN easily in configuration.

Bank Processing Order / Daily deposit tickets This feature is not included by default. It can be developed as a custom module if needed.

Quick Quotes Yes. The system includes a shipping quote calculator for quick estimation.

Group shipments by state/location The system groups shipments by destination, but the specific “Groups & Packages” workflow you mention is not included exactly as described. It can be developed.

Fleet Dispatch (rider details, items, fleet tracking) The system includes dispatch modules, assignment of shipments, and status tracking. Full fleet tracking (real-time rider location, detailed load inventory, etc.) is not included in the standard version. It can be developed.

Hello vovasvurudenko, Thank you for your purchase and for outlining your concerns. Below is a start-to-finish workflow, a module map, and a technical checklist for Stripe and Consolidation.

1) Where to start and how to finish

Three valid entry points:

A) With Pre-Alert (recommended if you use Locker): Client creates Pre-Alert → Package arrives at warehouse → Admin converts Pre-Alert to Package → System rates and creates an Invoice (Pending) → Client pays (Stripe/PayPal/Paystack or proof) → Dispatch → Delivery.

B) Direct Courier (no Pre-Alert): Admin registers Package/Shipment from scratch (sender/recipient, weight/dimensions) → Invoice (Pending) → Payment → Dispatch → Delivery.

C) Pickup: Client requests Pickup → Driver collects → Admin converts to Shipment/Package → Invoice (Pending) → Payment → Dispatch → Delivery.

2) What each module does (and how they connect)

Locker: Customer’s locker address (e.g., Miami). Links online purchases to the correct owner; Pre-Alerts and Packages tie back to this.

Pre-Alerts (Client): Advance notice for purchases (tracking, store, value, attachment). Speeds up Cargo Acceptance because admin only verifies/converts.

Packages / Cargo Acceptance (Admin): The package becomes official (actual weight/dimensions). System applies Weight-Range Pricing and generates the Invoice.

Shipments (Courier): Front-office creation with Sender + Recipient (when no locker flow).

Pickups: Customer requests that later convert into shipments.

Consolidation: Groups several packages of the same client into a mother shipment. It should not mark invoices as “Paid” automatically.

Invoices / Payments: Every package or consolidation has an Invoice. The Pay button (Stripe/PayPal/Paystack) must be visible while the invoice is Pending.

Tracking: Status timeline (In Warehouse → In Transit → Delivered). Status changes send notifications (email/WhatsApp).

Reports: Filters by client, dates, status, agency; export PDF/Excel.

Settings: Company, SMTP, WhatsApp (Ultramsg), payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal/Paystack), Weight-Range price list, modes and statuses.

3) “After consolidation, cargo shows Paid”

That is not expected. Please check:

Consolidation setting: Disable any “auto-mark as paid on consolidation” option if present in your build.

Business rule: Any Invoice (single or mother) should remain Pending until Stripe/PayPal/Paystack confirms.

Invoice status mapping: Ensure “Paid” is only set on successful webhook or manual approval.

If you want, I can guide you to the exact line where the status is set so it doesn’t flip to Paid without a confirmed payment.

4) “Stripe is active but not working / no Pay button”

Stripe technical checklist (common pitfalls):

Live vs Test keys: Don’t mix. Use Live everywhere in production.

Webhook: Add endpoint with at least payment_intent.succeeded and payment_intent.payment_failed.

Return URLs: Proper success_url and cancel_url (HTTPS).

Currency & amount: Must match the system currency; amount cannot be 0 (ensure pricing is loaded).

HTTPS required: Stripe rejects insecure redirects.

Logs: Check Stripe Dashboard Events and server error logs.

Where invoices live: In some builds, Invoices are accessed from the Package/Shipment detail (button View Invoice / Pay). If you don’t see a separate “Invoices” menu, open the Package and follow the invoice link there.

If you share (privately) a screenshot of your Stripe settings, webhook endpoint, and the URL you use to pay, I’ll point you to the exact fix.

5) “There is no detailed documentation”

A Laravel edition is also on the roadmap.

I love your system and ready to buy, the only issue I have noticed for now on the the demo is that after placing a pickup request, the dropdown button which is supposed to show the option to make payment is not working. If you click the button, nothing happens. And customers making payment payment is the most important thing.

Thanks for flagging this—and for your interest! ✅ We just reproduced the behavior on the demo: the payment dropdown button isn’t responding there. This is caused by a demo sandbox configuration (to prevent real/abusive transactions) that disables that UI component. In the commercial package, the full payment flow works as expected (online gateways and offline methods are configurable in the admin panel).

We’ll update the demo so the button shows a proper disabled/notice state instead of appearing unresponsive. If helpful, we can privately share a short video showing the payment flow working in the production build.

Also, we’re fully active (currently on large projects), and this version will receive additional features. A Laravel edition is on our roadmap as well.
