They are just released, we release an update once a week in average, plus they are just minor updates on their original released which are already integrated into our script.
so, just so that I understand, do they need a separate API to run, or will they be added naturally within the API you set up for each of those accounts? I am keen to create something that stays up to date with the latest image/ video models so to me this is a very important aspect in my consideration… many thanks in advance
They are part of text to video extension that you can purchase via the Marketplace in the Admin panel, and it will need your API key from the supported vendor listed in the docs for this extension.
In your demo portal, which has the text to video, there is no option for Kling 2.5 and it has been out for over 3 months now, neither veo 3.1, and Kling just released 2 new models, Kling 01 and Kling 2.6. Is it fair to imagine that this is not a priority for your team and that if I am looking for something that is more image/ video I should look elsewhere?

What’s the difference between a Regular License and an Extended License? With an Extended License, will all plugins be available, or will they need to be purchased separately from the marketplace?

With regular license you will not have any access to any of the SaaS features, that is the Envato license policy requirement.

1. Does the script allow users (or the admin) to use their own API keys for all supported AI providers (OpenAI, Stability, other)? In other words — is it possible to run the service entirely on users’ keys without relying on a single API key owned by the admin?
2. Does the “Regular License” include access to all features and modules (text generation, image generation, TTS/STT, code generation, video, etc.) out of the box? Or are there additional plugins/modules that need to be purchased separately for full functionality?
3. If there are extra plugins or paid add-ons, what are their names and current prices? Also — are there future updates or new modules planned, and how will they be handled for Regular License holders?
4. Are there any restrictions on monetization under the Regular License (for example — selling access, subscriptions, SaaS usage)?
5. Do you provide any documentation or guidance on integrating payment gateways and enabling users to use their own API keys and manage balances?

1 – yes it already comes with personal API feature.
2 – regular license the core features, video generation is not a core feature and available via the extensions.
3 – checkout the Marketplace tab in the admin panel of the live demo, there you have list of all paid and free extensions.

5 – there are already plenty of supported payment gateways that comes with the saas features of the script, adding custom one is up to you, or you can reachout to us or 3rd party dev team for custom gateway integration.

Also, I noticed font color not changing on embeded chat box. It shows black on black even when I changed it to white, red from chatbot configuration.
Also do you have any plan of giving custom css code option for embed chatbox? That will give people with basic html/css knowledge to customize it with their brand.

You replied just 2 hours ago to all your ticket, our support SLA time is stated under the support tab above which is up to 24 working hours and based on the queue. If you need 5-10 min priority support, then you can subscribe to our Premium Support plan which you can subscribe via the Marketplace in Admin Panel, and you will be included into our VIP list of customers with 24 hours priority support, otherwise all cases are standard cases that is cleared strictly based on the incoming queue order. Also note our working hours of our support team for all standard tickets, which 8-17pm CET time, it is already 19:48pm here, so your cases will be covered tomorrow during our working hours, stay tuned.
