Hello, I really love this plugin, but is there a way of changing the confirmation Sender from name? Currently, the confirmation email name to customers is linked to the site title, but I would prefer the provider name to be used. Is that possible?

Hello, we’re still experiencing an issue with TheBooking plugin (v3.0.14) where the timezone functionality is not working correctly: Customer Timezone not being applied in the confirmation email to the customer, i.e. [reservation::startTime] is converted to [startTime in the WordPress timezone] in the email. From the release notes, it appears this issue was addressed in v3.0.12, but it is still present in the latest release we are using. Could you please: Confirm whether this timezone issue has been resolved in another version? Provide guidance on how we can access the fix or receive support to resolve the issue? We would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

We have a client asking if this is possible to do, I havent seen anything in the backend so was just reaching put to see if a request like this is possible.

“Once I choose the space, the following page takes me to the time slots. Is it possible for the user to select their times to require a two hour minimum, but without restricting them to two hours only? For example, allowing the option to request 6pm-9pm. Maybe some sort of “other/variable” option where they can type in their own hours to request? We would just want to make clear the range of hours available (8am – 10pm) and specify the two-hour minimum on that option.”

Dear support team, I’ve got a customer, asking for a booking system, which offers 3 slots per day of 2 different services. The customer is a car mechanic. He offers 2 kinds of services: Inspection (once per day) and maintenance (twice per day). So there would be 2+1 bookable time slots per day. An important request is also an automated two-way synchronization with their Google calendar. Is your plugin capable to do this? Is the Booking Calendar on WordPress also synced if employees do changes in the Google calendar directly?

Hi! I use the phone field in one of my forms. It shows the country flag by standard of germany. Since 99% of our customers will be from austria i would rather have this set to austria permanently. I couldnt find any way to configure it. Can you tell me how TheBooking recognizes which country flag to pick or is there a way to hardcode it.

I’ve been using this plugin successfully for years and it’s been great – thank you.

I’m running into a bug where when I select more than more time slot and enter a coupon code that discounts 100% of the price, it’s still asking for payment in the next screen, when it used to just skip the payment step when the balance was zero. It still works properly when only one time slot is selected.

Is this something that is being addressed? Do I need to buy licensing support for this?

I am posting here prior to renewal of support to ask if there is any update due any time soon as it has been a long time since the last release, and there are a few minor bugs that are present that I am sure have been raised. Such as Whoops! generic errors. Also I asked a while ago ( when I was still under a support package) about if there is a way of archiving off old bookings over a certain age. to be able to clear out old promotions or vouchers as well as to speed up bookings load time. I am currently working on a booking setup for a massage practice using The Booking Plugin, and I would like to clarify a specific behavior regarding buffers between services.

The business is a massage studio with multiple services offered by the same massage therapist. The therapist needs a 15-minute preparation time between every appointment, regardless of the type of service booked, in order to clean and prepare the treatment room.

We have configured a 15-minute buffer on each service (using Always computed between slots). This buffer works correctly between consecutive bookings of the same service. However, when two different services are booked one after another for the same staff member, the buffer is not applied between them.

We intentionally do not want to include this preparation time in the service duration, as doing so would:

distort the actual treatment time shown to clients,

create confusion about the real length of the massage,

and misrepresent the service offering from a business perspective.

After reviewing the documentation (buffers, overlapping settings, and Google Calendar integrations), it seems that buffers are scoped per service and are not shared across different services, while overlapping settings only prevent simultaneous bookings but do not enforce a mandatory pause.

Could you please confirm whether this behavior is expected? And if so, is there any recommended approach, configuration, or planned feature to enforce a global buffer or preparation time between different services for the same staff member, without embedding that time into the service duration?

Does this allow links to each service? For example, if I have service 1, service 2, service 3, etc and want to link something from my homepage to Service 2.. is this possible before I purchase?

Hello! I am having an issue with Customer Timezone not being applied in the confirmation email to the customer. Hello! I am having an issue mentioned in the comments before: Customer Timezone is not applied in the confirmation email to the customer. Based on your past replies customer timezone should be saved in tbk_customers table. However, the latest code that I am able to download from codecanyon right now(version 3.0.14) seems to not be the latest code: file Providers/Customers.php contains only these fields (customer_name,uid,email,phone,wp_user,access_token,status), there is no field timezone, and database table also doesn’t have it. In addition, the file Providers/Customers.php has been last modified time March 20, 2023, while the change log here https://codecanyon.net/item/team-booking-wordpress-booking-system/9211794 indicates that release v3.0.12 [02/05/2023] contained a “Fix: customer timezone were not observed”. It looks like the fix was applied after March 20, 2023 and so the code does not correspond to the latest release v3.0.14 [01/06/2023]. Please let me know if there is any way to obtain the latest release v3.0.14! If this requires purchasing support I will happily do that! Thank you!

I bought TeamBooking 5 years ago, and I am very very happy with the qaulity. (purchase code: 59a59070-db2d-42b3-a9e9-dbdae6523bb4 – 23 Aug 2019). Thank you! So I bought another one – theBooking for my other business (dreambigdoncaster@gmail.com) 6 months ago. I noticed that theBooking is not the same as before, shopping cart disappeared. Recently the website with domain using TeamBooking got stuck, I was told because TeamBooking is too old. I tried to use theBooking to continue on for my business (TeamBooking), realized it becomes very slow. Is there any chance I can continue use the old version TeamBooking with updates to fix the bugs?

I have a client who runs a fishing lake, which allows booking sessions of AM, PM or All day, with a maximum of two people who can use the lake at any one time.

So possible maximum daily bookings could be: 2x full day 1 x full day, 1x am, 1x pm 2x am, 2x pm

There needs to be some logic whereby the booking plugin will eg, only show a PM slot as available, if there are already an AM and All day booking.

Is this possible?

Hi, I have been using TeamBooking plug-in. Which is great. I also bought theBooking for my other business. My current TeamBooking stopped working, I would like to purchase theBooking, but I noticed that the shopping cart feature is not available, is that correct? If true, what alternatives do i have? As I sell tickets of my school holiday program, parents usually book 10-20 days and for 2-3 kids sometimes, and they used to go to shopping cart, pay one go. I look forward to your reply. You can safely ignore most automated security warnings from hosting providers. Especially with WordPress, they often rely on very basic scanners that frequently mislabel plugins or even confuse one plugin for another. If their report is accurate, they should be able to specify exactly what risk they detected, where, and how it could be exploited. Feel free to share that, and I’ll be happy to review it.

The plugin is fully compatible with the latest PHP versions. Please describe in detail the “bugs” (or errors) you’re seeing on your installation so I can help you troubleshoot them properly.
