Hello, the new 3.x version doesn’t allow to select a provider when viewing monthly calendar, is there any way to add that functionality back or enable it locally on our website? If this assistance requires having support subscription we will of course purchase one. Thank you!

Hello, I’d like to use the plugin on another website for booking pottery classes. My client offers pottery classes for up to 4 people. She wants to sell her classes on her WordPress site and Stripe, with the option to choose the time slots that have been created on Google Calendar. Does the plugin handle this correctly? Does it automatically block the time slot on Google Calendar as soon as all four slots have been paid for online? Conversely, is it possible to manually block a time slot on the plugin or on Google Calendar if someone books by phone, for example? If someone books by phone, I would like this update the availability for 3 people for example.

we noticed some issues after installing and setting your plugin.

In particular, we found that conditional fields of reservation form does not work properly (fields are not showed based on conditions) and we tried to configure availability with Google Calendar, but we would like to set the plugin when an event is created directly on Google Calendar will not add a new reservation slot but instead should make unavailable the same slot.

Need support from the Author, nearly a week that i wait

In merito al secondo problema, è certamente una questione di errata configurazione. Probabilmente avete impostato il source calendar (calendario dove inserite le disponibilità) anche come destination calendar (calendario dove vengono creati gli eventi a seguito di prenotazioni). Teneteli separati.

I followed the steps for connecting the Google Calander with the booking plugin succesfully, however when I want to grant access to my calendar, I receive the following message.

Access blocked: wpvriend.nl has not completed the Google verification process.

Even though Google indicates that verification is not necessary.

THe verification process is not necessary. Revise the steps to create the API credentials, start with a fresh project on your Google API console.

In the booking plugin, reservations are STILL showing as Expired when a payment has been made. We do not see any errors in Stripe.

I’m using the old version of the plugin and I’m getting this message where the map usually displays: “The address or place can’t be geocoded by Google.”

How can I fix it?

Environment - TheBooking: 3.0.14 - WordPress: 6.8.2 - PHP: 8.3.21 - Currency: JPY - Settings → Currency • Currency format: $100 • Price format: 1,000.00 • Price decimals: 100.00 - Payments: Local (no Stripe/PayPal) - Time slot capacity: 1

Steps to reproduce (matching the attached screenshots) 1) Service: “120分” price = 44,000 JPY. 2) Add-ons via form checkboxes (per booking): – “おでかけオプション: 90分” +18,000 – “服装指定オプション: 追加” +2,000 – “お客様のお道具お持ち込み: Checked” +2,000 3) Make a test reservation for 2025-09-15 12:00 → 14:00 with provider “鷹見ひかり”.

Expected - The total should be 66,000 JPY everywhere (front-end, admin, and notification emails).

Actual - Front-end “Summary / Price details” shows the CORRECT total: 66,000 JPY. - Admin and notification emails show an inflated amount: 442,200,000 JPY.

Dates have appeared on our calendar that we are unable to remove/delete. They were not booked via the Google Calendar. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

OK, thank you. Is it possible to delete these date from the website dashboard when they appear? So for example we currently have a date that appears for the 21st of October on the TeamBooking calendar on the website. However there is no corresponding date in the Google calendar for the 21st of October. But we seem to be unable to remove it. How do we now remove this date? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi, i’ve installed your booking plugin on different sites for testing (different php and wordpress versions ) and it doesn’t work anywhere. I think that the version on codecanyon is corrupt. can you help me please. have to get it work as soon as possibile on a specific website

this is one error during creation of tables “Invalid default value for ‘created”, it happens because DATETIME doesn’t accept DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP on MariaDB v5.5.68, and CREATE TABLE fails. another error is “Incorrect table definition; there can be only one TIMESTAMP column with CURRENT_TIMESTAMP in DEFAULT or ON UPDATE clause”. Maria DB v>=5.6.5 should solve these problems but as i said it could be risky for me to update the database server

Unfortunately, I am experiencing a bug related to displaying all appointments with the TheBooking widget/element. To view more appointments, you can click the “Load more” button. However, the next appointments are only loaded after clicking “Load more” twice. Many users are unaware of this and consequently miss upcoming events.

In the booking plugin, reservations are showing as Expired when a payment has been made. Notifications are being made.

That means that the instant payment notifications of whatever payment sistem you are using, are failing to be processed by your webserver. In case of PayPal, inspect the error.log of your webserver. In case of Stripe, go to the developer dashboard of your Stripe account, in the webhooks section, and check for errors there.

Our users are reporting significant slowness when scrolling through the booking calendar. Some of them are already trying to make reservations for 2026, and since they need to scroll through the months one by one, the long loading time is discouraging them.

Would it be possible to improve the loading speed of the calendar?

Would it also be possible to add an option to scroll by year (not only by month)?

Hi ! Our client would like to know if, in a future update, it would be possible to add a quick search by date. For example, if we want to check which rooms are available on December 17, 2027, we could simply enter this date and the system would take us directly to that date in the calendar.

Would this feature be feasible? If so, we are open to paying for an update or any additional development if required.

I’m using your plugin with several licenses on several pages … first of all: I like it! ;)

But I’m recognizing an issue, which is, I think, connected to old database-entries and i hope you can give me a hint how to fix it … here is the issue:

When you did the major update from version 2 to version 3 the whole dashboard changed. And so also the notification options inside the course-offers. The section “Your personal notification” is gone in version 3, so I cannot edit these notifications anymore. But my website with TheBooking version 3.0.14 is still sending this message to the course-admin when a course is booked.

How can I deactivate these notification mails, when the actual dashboard don’t show this option anymore?

just go in “Services”, click on “Personal Availability” of the desired service (under the “Settings” column of the services table), and then go to “Personal Notification”.

Thanks for your reply! It helped me finding the “Your personal notification”-tab in the new dashboard. Unfortunately this is deactivated for all services, so I got the wrong idea where the second service-confirmation-mail comes from?! Do you have any other idea why I got two confirmation-mails for every booking although I just activated one confirmation-option?
