1) Can I add new profile questions such as height, weight, marital status, religion, smoking/alcohol habits, city of residence, etc.? Yes, you can. SocialV uses BuddyPress, and BuddyPress supports Extended Profile Fields (XProfile). From your WordPress Admin Panel, you can create unlimited custom profile fields such as height, religion, habits, city, and more. These fields will appear in the user’s profile inside the app.
2) Can I search based on the new profile questions I create? By default, the app does not include advanced search or filtering based on custom profile fields. However, this can be added through customization. 3) Can I remove certain tabs, such as the Friends tab? Yes. You can remove, reorder, or hide any tab such as Friends, Groups, Activity, etc. This requires minor changes in the Flutter code.

Hi… Is PMP mandatory to use in this app? because PMP not only interferes with the theme (login, sign up etc) but also messes up the registration system email from the server – where confirmation emails can no longer be sent except using a paid third party plugin and email system recommended by PMP. – The email can be used by Wordpress before that until PMP is activated and mail-tester.com and others give a score of 10/10 (before activating PMP) ... will deactivating PMP disrupt the entire system or is PMP related to other plugins?

The ability to handle 1 million simultaneous users primarily depends on the server infrastructure. From our side, we continuously focus on optimizing the application at the code level to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
At this stage, we do not yet have a live use case where the application is handling 1 million concurrent users. However, the system has been built with scalability in mind, and with the appropriate server resources and infrastructure setup, it can be scaled to support very high levels of traffic.
Clarification Needed: Paid Membership Pro is used to manage membership in the SocialV theme. PMPRo also support multisites via membership. As of right now the theme hasn’t been modified. If I enable multsite on the SocialV theme and manually create my own sub-site(s), which are mapped to custom domains, will this have any impact on this app? Any responses appreciated.

How Achievements Work (with BuddyPress + GamiPress)
1. Tracking User Actions GamiPress monitors specific actions performed by users on your BuddyPress site.
Example actions: - Joining a group, - Sending a friend request, - Posting in a group, - Logging in daily, - Completing a profile, - These actions are called Triggers.
2. Awarding Achievements When a user performs a triggered action: - GamiPress automatically gives them a Badge, Points (Coins), or a New Rank, - These rewards can be customized
Example: - Action: User joins a group, - Result: GamiPress awards them 100 coins and a “Group Member” badge
3. Points (Coins) - You can create your own point type, like Coins, - Set up rules: “If user joins group, give 100 coins”,, - Users collect coins for each valid action Coins can be shown on their profile and used for unlocking other content (optional).
4. Badges - Create badges like “Newbie”, “First Post”, “Group Joiner”, - Each badge is awarded once the user completes the condition(s), - Badges appear on user profiles or member lists
5. Ranks / Levels - Users level up based on how many points or achievements they earn

I hope you’re doing well. I purchased your product. Recently, my app was rejected by the Apple App Store due to Guideline 1.2 – Safety – User-Generated Content. They specifically mentioned that my app needs a mechanism for users to block abusive users to prevent unwanted interactions.
Upon reviewing the code, I noticed that there seems to be a user blocking feature already implemented (or at least some related code), but it doesn’t appear to be working as expected. For example, users cannot currently block other users to stop seeing their posts or comments, which is a requirement for App Store approval.
Could you please guide me on the following: 1. Is the user blocking feature fully implemented in the current codebase? If yes, how can I enable or fix it to ensure users can block others and prevent interactions (e.g., hiding posts/comments from blocked users)? 2. If the feature is not fully implemented, can you provide guidance on how to add a basic user blocking mechanism? For instance, I’d like users to be able to block another user from their profile or comments, and ensure the blocked user cannot see their content or interact with them.

Yes, the user blocking feature is fully implemented in the current codebase, but currently, users can only block others through the Messages tab. Once blocked, those accounts will appear in the Settings > Blocked Accounts section for reference.
At this time, blocking a user only restricts messaging functionality. The ability to block users from their profile, posts, or comments—along with hiding their content—is not yet implemented. We understand that this is essential for a comprehensive user experience and for compliance with platform policies.

You have no way to communicate and when you send us a link to communicate, it shows that we have 109 tickets in front of us and we have to wait until it’s our turn.
