The text-to-speech functionality is based on the Web Speech API. Unfortunately, support for any additional APIs is not available.

The GPT‑5 Nano plan is a subscription for using ChatGPT in OpenAI’s web or mobile apps. It does not provide an API key, which is required for the plugin to work. Hello! Yes, we plan to replace the Assistant API with the Response API, most likely in the first half of 2026.

Helper does not include a built-in integration with Ultimate Membership Pro. However, you can restrict access to the chatbot by using the plugin’s settings for user roles visibility. You can select which WordPress user roles are allowed to see and use the chatbot. This allows you to offer the bot only to specific groups of users.

The chatbot enables users to provide input via voice or text only, with file attachments not supported.

The plugin does not fully support multilingual functionality. While the AI bot can respond in the language in which a question is asked, certain features—such as FAQ, collecting data—can only be translated into a single language at a time.

The AI bot can use posts, pages, or products selected in the Helper settings to generate its responses.
