HOW DOES THE FREE TIAL ON YOUR DEMO WORK?

I registered an imaginary business in your demo to try out the 10-day free trial that you offered in your demo, but when I clicked on the ADD product button, the system displayed the below.

“No active subscription found for your business. Kindly subscribe to keep using Ultimate POS.”

Hello,

To use the free trial you’ve to click on the free package so that the package will be getting added to your account.

I think this setup is not done in the demo.

But when you install it in your server you can create a free package and whenever new businesses registers they can use that free package. Use it for a limited period, which you can define in the package creation settings.

Thank you for appreciating. Yes we do have a plan to add SSLCommerz payment gateway into Ultimate POS but we cannot give a timeline for that. If it is urgent for you, we recommend that you take a customization service so that you will get it customized as quickly as possible and start using it.

Does it have mobile app or PWA support?

I have a few questions before placing my final order.

Tax System Customisation (Important)

I already purchased your POS + SaaS application earlier and I’m fully familiar with the system.

I need one key customisation:

I want the GST Tax Settings to be available in the Super Admin panel.

Super Admin should be able to create, edit and delete GST tax rates and GST tax groups.

When a new customer signs up, they should automatically receive these default GST tax and tax-group settings, so they can easily create new products without configuring taxes manually.

Android App Version Inquiry

I am ready to purchase the Full Android App Version + API Module, since I am running the SaaS model.

However, I noticed the demo Android app looks like an older (around 5-year-old) UI/UX model.

Could you please confirm:

Whether the Android app has been updated recently?

Any new design, UI/UX, or feature improvements available?

Play Store Publishing Support

Will your team assist with:

App customization (logo, colors, package name)?

Generating signed APK/AAB?

Publishing the app on the Google Play Store?

I can understand the saas in this module, but i don’t understand the super admin, is it that the main ultimate pos dosen’t have super admin in it? and can’t make settings adjustments or user roles and all?

Superadmin can create packages, see all registered businesses, view users of those businesses & many other features that admin cannot do.

One Admin is only for that particular business. Yes with admin you can do settings adjustments, roles & all other.

I want to purchase this SaaS product but need some clarification. Can I use the regular license to allow my customers to register and use it for their business without charging them? Then, once I reach the number of users I want, can I upgrade to the extended license and start charging them? Is this type of usage allowed?

SaaS Client Registration – OTP verification for mobile/email and a simpler, single-page registration process. 7. Laravel Update – Can UltimatePOS be updated to Laravel 11 or 12? 8. Affiliation / Referral Module – Allow third parties to sell subscriptions with automatic commission calculation (20%-25%). 9. Online Ordering System – Digital menu with table number or delivery address support for orders. 10. Brick Field Module – Support for managing brick field business operations. 11. Amazing script — great work! I have two quick questions/requests:

1.Does the SaaS include a public landing page where subscribers can view pricing plans and feature comparisons? If not, please consider adding one (or a configurable landing page) so potential customers can easily see plans, features, and signup options.

2.In the restaurant POS, the printer/output currently only produces invoice PDF size. It would be very helpful to support thermal/receipt paper sizes and add options for KOT (kitchen order tickets) and printed bills/receipts (different templates for receipt vs. invoice). Right now there’s no thermal/receipt format or KOT support.

Congratulations on the system, but I have one concern: at the time of registration, aside from the capchat, I don’t see any other security measures to prevent someone from creating multiple accounts or spamming. For example, verification of the code or the 4- or 5-digit code sent to the email to later confirm its existence or authenticity. I think this is a very necessary and sensitive issue. Could it be possible at least to upgrade to laravel version 10? it is very important to take advantage of the Ai capabilities today like the laravel boost that requires version 10 or higher , I am not into using the project in production but I just want to learn laravel by following a pattern like your project.

Laravel does not have native AI capabilities; it requires third-party packages to be installed for this feature.
