As I can see there will be only 1 database that will be shared among tenants/subscribers how it will affect functionality when the client base will grow and eventually database size will also increase. How it will handle scalability and what is the recommended server specification of 200 business locations?
Hello, managing a Big DB is not a problem. But if every tenant has different DB then it will be problem to manage so many DB. So we’ve kept it as 1 DB only.

So basically i want the SaaS subscription package list to be shown on the Landing page of CMS plugin/module. I have noticed that on the CMS module landing page there is a subscription page which shows the subscription packages but i am not sure if that subscription model connects to the back-end SaaS subscription package which is available here /pricing? or does it have a individual subscription system?
My need is simple, i want the /pricing subscription packages to be shown and managed in the CMS module/plugin landing page > subscription.

1. As of now we suggest that each business use it in same domain, addding support for separate domain will need complex server setup which is hard to do while providing. Also that will make it very hard for you to manage the server.
2. For SaaS module there is a pricing, register page. If you need landing page, blogs, contact page etc then we recommend the CMS module for that
3. ID upload is already implemented in new release.
4. There is a booking option that can be used by businesses to enter the booking details.

Hello, creating separate backup is not needed. One backup contains all business backup at once, which makes maintenance much easier.

Is there any option to add free items when buying or selling a product? Let’s say a supplier offers 1 free item for every 12 products purchased as a gift to customers at the time of purchase. The dealer can offer free items for every 12 or other quantity of products purchased at the time of sale to his customers. The value of the free item will not be included in the invoice price.

1. In SaaS, each shop/business will have own mysql database or all the shop will be in one mysql database?
2. Do I need to purchase the UltimatePOS before I buy the SaaS module or in Saas Module there is full pack?

1. I can see in super admin there are CRM, HRM and so many other modules, but I can not see those modules in business account, why? 2. In the demo, I can not create any store, in the payment method, second last input field, there is no dropdown comes and it is mandatory field. 3. In restaurant I can see different POS page feature, in pharmacy different, how does software know which one is which business? The reason I am asking this, I find no input field while creating store (I could not create) for business type, as there is no business type input field, software should not know which business is this , but in restaurant business I see there are table selection feature, so please explain.

1. These are seperate module that needs to be installed, if you don’t need then don’t install it.
2. It is disabled in demo. But when you install this on your website it’ll work.
3. For a restaurant/pharmacy or any other business, some of the settings are enabled or disabled. In demo we’ve just hardcoded some settings so that when you open it it shows accordingly.
