I have submitted 2-3 support tickets in last 3-4 days but have not received any reply to my tickets.
Also, I am trying to login to my account in your support.eyecix website but not able to login. It says “access denied / account not confirmed”. I clicked on “Forgot Password” but not receiving any emails for resetting my password.
I then directly sent you the email to your info id to inform you all these issues. But even to that email, I have not yet received any reply.
Despite having purchased the plugin, I am getting these issues in receiving the support from you.

Regarding customization: You can customize colors in the backend by editing the color.css file. Other elements such as font styles, button sizes, and layout options are not configurable through the admin panel.
Overall, the available customization options are limited to what is described on the item details page. All features and settings supported by the product are already clearly listed there.
At the moment, we do not have an admin panel demo available for preview before purchase.

So all of a sudden the plugin isnt sending any emails – and we’ve made no changes. The log shows emails successfully sent, but this is false as no emails are going through at all. We’ve tested it numerous times in different ways and nothing. Our biggest issue is when new candidates sign up they’re not receiving the activation link. Please get back to me ASAP as this is a huge problem for us.

From a technical perspective, the application logs confirm that email events are being triggered successfully and handed off for delivery. However, since emails are not being received, this indicates a delivery-layer issue occurring after the application attempts to send the message.
To help us isolate the root cause, we kindly request that you send a test email directly from your SMTP plugin:
How to test:
Go to your WordPress admin panel Open your SMTP plugin settings (e.g., WP Mail SMTP or similar) Navigate to the Email Test / Send Test Email section Send a test email to your own email address
If the test email is not delivered, this would confirm a server or SMTP configuration issue (such as authentication failure, provider blocking, rate limiting, or IP reputation), rather than an issue within the plugin or application logic.
In parallel, we are reviewing:

hi. I am facing issue with jobs display. Not able to view any job without login. I followed the video tutorial yet i am not able to make it work. you will see jobs but when you click on any link, any job or contractor word or sector, it throws 404. MOBILE Device (Android, Iphone) >>> Signup – Registration as Candidate doesnt work if Resume Upload is ON & Required. If it is off then registration works perfectly. You can re-create this by opening your registration URL from any mobile device browser. (not laptop/pc mobile responsive etc) fill out the candidate registration form and select DOC/DOCX/PDF any of this under 1mb and registration wont work. if resume upload is turned off then without resume registration works perfectly. please fix this asap

Hey there, you can re-produce it opening the registration form page from Mobile Device and select a resume file ( I tried with 190KB PDF, 31KB Docx file) and tried different files under 500KB. nothing worked. If you have updated the code , I will update the plugin again to re-test. let me know

We’re using WP JobSearch and want to check what is possible around bulk resume upload and candidate creation.
Does the plugin currently support bulk import/upload of resumes (e.g. CSV import, multiple PDF upload, or similar) that will:
Create candidate profiles in bulk,
Attach the resumes to those profiles, and
Make them available in all existing search, filter, and matching tools?
When candidates are created this way, can they be attributed to the uploader (for example, Admin vs. Employer), so that:
Admins can bulk upload resumes and manage that candidate pool, and
Employers can bulk upload resumes and have those candidates treated as their own candidate pool?
We would also like candidates created by bulk upload to not receive any email at creation time. Instead, we only want to communicate with them later when they are actually selected/shortlisted for a position (e.g., via InstaMatch).
Is there any built-in setting or recommended way to disable the initial candidate email but trigger emails later based on a status change?
If these features (especially bulk upload) already exist, could you please point me to the correct documentation or settings? And if not, do you have any recommended approach or add-on to achieve this?

Can not find anything related to the bulk upload/import resumes. Also the videos are too old and things have changed.

this plugin is having difficulty on my site as I use elementor, but based on your release notes, elementor functionality was added long time back. when adding a job in elementor the button to add shortcode is clicked but a white popup appears, nothing in that white box is shown, its not css issue where text is white, please advise.

hey there.. I have explored the plugin and looks like it has bugs. on a page where you can view all the employees, the filters are limited. we have custom fields which we want inside the filters but they are not there. also the save candiates doesnt work on page 2 or when filtering the candidates via any sector. i can see the results but unable to save the candidates. nothing happens and page is freezed. we need to refresh the page and it works.
feature/usage guidance: how can i select multiple candidates from listing page as employer and send those to wordpress admin as a list with custom message. single single save candidate doesnt work for next page or when selecting any filter. and I can do one by one candidate save, i need multiple selection and share it with wp-admin. So an employer is asking the admin to share complete details of the candidates. no package is there. resumes are hidden and candidate’s name becomes Candidate_ID+firstName. viewing profile has all the details but resume is turned off. employer asks the website admin to share the full resumes.

Thanks, I have created a ticket. One more thing. the ticket form asks for FPT and Admin details. Should i create a Staging environment and then give you admin access of it with limited/demo data to test? cant provide you the original details of website. I have also shared it on your microsoft teams chat.

The bug is when you create lists inside saved candidates. and then on candidates page, you press save candidate there is a popup to select the list and then you press save candidate button.. so you change filter or go to next page there is no popup anymore.. but if you dont have any saved candidate list it will save the candidate and you are redirected to main dashboard.
Also, The filters are fixed to Date, Location and Sector, but your demo site has academic level, gender and industry filter. how does this works? i have tried with custom fields to yes and selected everything but it just populates in the result and filters are always those three.

Hello, I wanted to install my plugin on a new web hosting without changing the DNS, but I get “The plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.” I’m unable to install the plugin. I’ve changed the theme and deactivated other plugins, but nothing works. My plugin still works on the old server with the same URL, but not on the new hosting where I plan to move it. No domain will be there that generate spam they need to copy the text and you can change that text to Activation Code

- Copy the Site Key and Secret Key after submitting.
