These guys are hacks and they force people to leave positive reviews in order to provide support. I spent more time fixing things with this plugin than working on the actual project. Unfortunately, we inherited the project that was already started with this plugin and I would've rather used something else or built something custom with metabox.io - probably would've taken less time.
It has now been several months since we submitted a ticket in regard to their plugin code being loaded on every single page within the site causing a conflict with WP Maps Pro (Google Maps) where it is not allowing the map to work properly. After going back and forth for months, they treated it as a non-issue and after explaining that I would drop my rating to 1 star, they said they don't care and that if I did that they wouldn't fix the issue. So here we are, nothing has been fixed and I am done wasting my time.
These guys are shady and hold bugs over people's heads as ransom in order to help them maintain a good rating. If you are researching job board plugins for your project, find something else. The quality of this plugin is subpar at best.

I hope you are doing we had discussions many times on it the issue is generating with third-party plugins I am afraid to tell you that we tried to fix many of that plugins whenever you do the update the issue appears again I will recommend you contact that plugin support to resolve that conflict.
you always try to 1-star ratings to fix the issue with third-party plugins like WP Maps Pro (Google Maps) as it does not come to our support domain.
i am afraid to tell we aren't able to fix the third-party plugin issue for you. if an issue is on our end we are always there for your help,

The support ticket system is one ticket for all issues and it's hard to get help. Found out that bullet point dots are not allowed in the editor when using the plugin. Support said "No, this is not an issue, we made the styling in this way that bullet points/circles will show in arrows form." This is horrible. Just too buggy and hard to get help.
