Hi, does this eGrocer or eShopPlus support POS on website and mobile apps?

Currently, the POS feature is available only in the Admin Panel. At the moment, POS functionality is not supported on the website or mobile apps.

1. how to edit “Forgot Password’ template ?
- At the moment, the “Forgot Password” template is fixed and cannot be edited.

2. Can you please add “Max quantity limit” for products to add in the Cart ( I saw Total allowed quantity in product setting, that can be change “limit per client, would be a better option.
- At the moment, the “Max Quantity Limit” is applied globally and cannot be set per client. However, this feature can be added through custom customization if required.

3. Can we change the positions of Category Section, Brand section, Seller section etc on Home page ?
- Currently, changing the positions of the Category, Brand, Seller, and other sections on the Home page is not supported.

4. Manage Time Slots >> Can you add days selection also ?
- Currently, day selection is not available in the Time Slots feature. If you require this functionality, it can be implemented through custom development.

5. Can we pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay with applications ?
- Currently, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not supported in the application. if you want then custom modification is required.

6. I saw Manage SMS Templates with different templates, but same are not present in Email Templates ?
- Email templates are also dynamic, similar to SMS templates.

7. Plz allow to add a product in multiple categories.
- Currently, only one category can be selected for a product.

8. Plz add subscription module so that client can see two prices ( one without subscription n 2nd with club price ( subscribed )
- Currently, the subscription module is available only for free delivery. Regarding your suggestion i we will discuss this feature with our development team.If it is technically feasible within our current system, we will explore the possibility of adding it in a future update.

9. How can I change the app and website colors?
- App: You can update the app’s color theme by modifying the values in the ColorsRes.dart file.

- Website: The website colors are controlled by the theme color. Once the theme color is updated, the website colors will automatically change accordingly.

I have a question related to delivery time slots. Is it possible for individual sellers (stores) to create their own time slots ? This functionality is something that I would need as different stores may have different delivery dates and times.is it possible for stores to have or create their own delivery time slots ?

At the moment, delivery time slots are managed globally from the admin panel and are not configurable on a per-seller basis. Individual sellers do not have the option to create or manage their own delivery time slots in the current system.

If you want seller wish time slot then required custom modification.

About the free and paid plans Does the system allow setting up a free plan with a fixed fee per sale, and also paid plans without fees, working through monthly subscriptions? And are these rules applied automatically in the seller dashboard and during checkout?

About the user–seller chat Does the system already include a messaging area between buyer and seller fully integrated into both the app and the website, with support for text and images? If not, is it possible to add this feature?

eGrocer is mainly designed for local deliveries managed by the admin’s own delivery team. In the current system, deliveries are handled only by delivery boys registered by the admin, and external delivery services (such as Correios or other third-party courier companies) are not integrated.

Because of this:

-Order tracking works inside the app only, through the assigned delivery boy.

-Customers can track their order status (order placed, confirmed, out for delivery, delivered) within the app.

-There is no external tracking code generated for third-party courier services.

If you plan to sell products across regions or nationwide using external courier companies, this would require custom development to integrate third-party logistics and tracking systems.

If you want the system to show only single-seller products after enabling the single-seller option, this functionality is not currently supported.

But In our current system single-seller cart option is available in penal. When enabled, customers can add products from only one seller allow, and checkout will be possible with a single seller only.

Yes sir, you can add FAQs from the admin panel. You will find this option in the left-side menu under the “FAQ” section. From there, you can easily add and manage all FAQs.

hi, pre sale question :

is it possible to create multiple pickup location for a vendor ? for exemple my butcher have multiple cities point of sale where customers can pickup the products. would like to have option for customers to select depending of their location where they want to pickup the products

Currently, the store-pickup option is available for a single seller only. Multiple pickup locations per vendor are not supported at the moment.

Issue with demo user app map section.

Check now.

When searching an address, showing location suggestions. But when touched the address, map not moving that location. Stuck on user mobile location.

Example

When user type a location mumbai. It’s showing mumbai, chatrapati shivaji etc. But when touched one of them, map not going that area.
