When searching an address, showing location suggestions. But when touched the address, map not moving that location. Stuck on user mobile location.
Example
When user type a location mumbai. It’s showing mumbai, chatrapati shivaji etc. But when touched one of them, map not going that area.

Friend, please answer another question: when I access the app and website, the homepage only shows products from a specific city/region/country (Bhuj, Gujarat, India), but this doesn’t make sense in an app/website with multiple suppliers! The correct approach would be for the homepage to show products from all retailers, regardless of country, region, or city; and only after the customer selects their location would the products from their city/country/region appear!

1. Our app supports multiple sellers; however, each order can be placed from a single seller at a time.
2. The multi-seller feature is available only for doorstep delivery, not for self-pickup.
3. The app uses the same system for both sellers and delivery boys — access and features are managed based on their login type.
4. Currently, there isn’t a separate shipping option; the admin can manage deliveries directly by assigning delivery boys.
5. Product visibility is based on the selected city or service area to ensure customers see products available in their region.

The first feature (Quantity Step Size) is currently not available. For the second feature, customers can only order products based on available stock. Additionally, the admin can set a limit on the number of items that can be added to the cart.
If you want this feature then it will require some custom code modification.

Hi, friend, I’m Brazilian and I run a small candy, cheese, and dairy delivery business! I only deliver within my region, which has 21 nearby cities! Every month, I need to make two trips to each city! The first trip is to acquire new customers and fulfill new orders for existing customers! The second trip is to deliver the products! I’m looking for an app that speeds up ordering! This way, I can save fuel and avoid accidents! I’d like to know if your app would work for me! I also have a few questions:

1. Yes, you can use the app for your own business only. Even though the system supports multiple sellers, it can easily be configured to work for just your store.
2.Yes, you can restrict orders to specific cities.
3. Yes, you can enable only Cash on Delivery (COD) for now. Other payment methods like PayPal or Stripe can be added later whenever you need.
4. Yes, that’s absolutely possible. You can start with just the mobile app and enable the website later to reduce initial costs.
5. Sir, the multi-language feature is not supported for the admin panel. Only the app and web app support local string translation. The panel supports a single language only.

The upcoming update does not include admin panel translation — currently, only the user app and web app support local string translation . The admin panel supports only one language for now.
However, yes — you can keep the user app and delivery app entirely in your preferred language, there’s no issue with that but it local string translation only.
Regarding the new update, it will include self-pickup functionality, return flow enhancements, and several other improvements.
Please note that when an order is canceled or refunded, the refund amount is automatically credited to the user’s wallet.
So, if you completely disable the wallet feature, you may face issues with processing refunds.
We recommend keeping the wallet active, even if you only accept cash on delivery, to ensure a smooth refund process.

3.Sir, setup isn’t included in the support, but if you’re stuck at any step, we’ll surely guide you through it.
4. Yes, this feature is available. The app supports applying the wallet balance to purchases, and it will automatically calculate the remaining amount if the wallet balance is insufficient, or reduce the bill to zero if the wallet covers the total.
5.Sir, the spin system isn’t available in the current version. Wallet balance can only be added through orders or by the admin from the panel.

1.For creating subcategory you need to select its parent category from that form itself.
2.Yes while add category status will be active by default but if you wish you can change it while edit.
3.Yes if you don’t select parent category then it will be parent category by default.
4.Yes it will work for groceries.
5.For user’s wallet if they wish they can recharge the wallet amount and use that amount for order, and currently there is no cashback related feature but we have promo code feature.

Additional charge is good option. But practical requirement to use is the additional charge for products. If a seller wants to provide the heavy weight or volume materials than the product wise extra charge or extra charges linked to unit wise will help. kindly focus on this to make system more robust.

Your team needs to improve and update the admin panel. The admin panel in the system configuration section and other sections has all the wrong text for each function. It’s simply impossible to tell which function belongs to which setting because the text is inconsistent with the fields entered.
