And one more question. With my hosting provider, the cron job can only be run by accessing a URL, e.g., www.mydomain.com/cronjob.php. Does this method work for you?

Hello, thx for reply. I have read the documentation, this two methods are don´t work for me. I only have the option to a script as describe above, like cron.php. Access a url like http://mydomain.com/cron/index won´t work.
Is it possible to create custom invoice/order numbers? For example: R-<Last Name><YYYY><MM><DD>, INV-<Company><YYYY><MM><DD>, or EST<YYYY><MM><DD>-<CustomField>? That would be very helpful.

you need to fix this error. when you create credit note from invoice and remove product price then you get this error. keep the price to 0 will not generate error.

PreSale question: I would like to use it in Hungary, but it has a couple of unique features, the following: Last name first name order – in Hungary it is: Last name, First name – is there any hook or module that can be used to set this?
Billing: In Hungary, there is a unique regulation regarding billing data, currently the perfex manages the address as a whole, but in our country it is necessary to enter it like this: Postal code Place name/City Name of public area Type of public area House number Building Staircase Floor Door

We are using the Perfix CRM Client Portal and noticed that the system requires mandatory email verification after new client registration, showing the message: “Vérification par email requise…”
We would like to disable this feature, allowing clients to access their accounts directly without needing to click the email verification link.
Could you please provide instructions on how to disable the ‘Mandatory Email Verification’ setting? Specifically, let us know if this can be done via:
1. The Admin Panel (if so, please provide the path). 2. Modifying configuration files (please specify the file and code line). 3. Changes in the Database.

- Is there an option to mark the product with VAT included in the price on invoices?
- Is there an option to mark an expiration date on the document so that the admin is alerted that the document has expired and even notifies the person to whom the document belongs that it has expired and needs to add a valid document?

Is it possible to get a private demo of the CRM with full access, so I can test all features without any restrictions?
I run a travel-lead selling business, and I want to check whether your CRM can support my workflow before I purchase it.
My business model works like this:
I generate travel leads.
I assign those leads to different companies/agencies.
Each company should be able to further assign the lead to its internal staff.
The company or its staff must be able to update the lead status (for example: Junk, Not Responding, Converted, etc.).
All status updates should be visible to me on my admin panel.
Please confirm whether your CRM supports this structure, and provide a full-access demo so I can test it properly for Crown Safari.

CC striped the html. If you create a project, create a task, and then log in to the customer portal and look at the tasks in the project, they just see HTML.
Hi guys, Long time user of the system. Have 2 x Independent live versions running and fully bespoke for our business. However, there is one item I wanted to put forward as a “Wish List” item.
An “Out of Office” auto-reply for support cases would be great. Or in failing that. A way of toggling on/off the embedded ticket form so that it displays a box that can inform the customer you are away for X amount of days for XYZ reason and have that run off a cron job from a date/time picker.
Might work well for people who are not always in the office. (Like us)
