This item can easily sell another 10k+ licenses because most of your buyers support has expired and your customers can renew or just buy another license.
In good faith, if your team can update/upgrade once a year or twice on your products, it will increase your sales across the board.
Customers will be confident that you havent abandon your projects.

i echo all the pissed off sentiments being yelled from the rooftops,i sayof us,who were clearly duped/tricked/gaslighted in purchasing this imposter script,start contacting and demanding the removal and blacklisting of this so called developer while at it, also obligating, that envato do the right thing for a change and provide us with a full or partial recompensation,for the mockary,money and time spent on this useless knock off a script,if we can call it that.Otherwise,its just all dust in the wind,as per say with this envato service.After all why should we,as buyers,get stuck holding the bag,while both the developer and envato made off like thieves in the night,from allowing the sale of this horrible overpriced bad product that was never intended to work for us but be a cash cow both the developer and envato,for sure.This is why I have opted to put in the hard work myself and develop my own products,to avoid buying products or wasting precious time complaining here on envato anymore and I suggest to all,the same thing.

After nearly two years of owning multiple WoWonder licenses, I can confidently say this has been one of the most disappointing software experiences I’ve ever had. For almost 24 months, the community was repeatedly told that major updates were “coming soon,” only for those promises to be delayed, postponed, or ignored entirely. Every inquiry about progress was met with the same copy-and-paste response from their spokesperson—so repetitive and empty that an AI bot could have handled customer communication with more care and transparency.
Today, after all the delays, WoWonder finally pushed out a handful of so-called “fixes,” accompanied by a statement that they are not obligated to update the platform. That message alone says everything about how they view paying customers. We purchased what has become a bug-ridden, poorly maintained script, and their attitude toward long-standing issues has been dismissive at best.
As someone who holds two licenses, I feel deeply let down. Customers deserve honesty, timely updates, and a functioning product—not excuses, stalled promises, and minimum-effort patches. WoWonder’s approach to product stewardship and customer support shows a worrying lack of respect for the people who invested in their platform.
I strongly encourage potential buyers to think carefully before committing to this product. The pattern of delays, vague communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility speaks volumes.
