As a product, WoWonder is fairly neat. Unfortunately, it does have its fair share of bugs and minor setbacks (such as small grammatical / punctuation errors that can be seen in profile fields, etc.). It isn't a big deal and I am certain they will fix it shortly, but, for sticklers like myself, and for ones trying to create a sense of professionalism, it can be a little frustrating to see every now and again.

The reason for the lower scoring has to do with the Support above all else. There is a language-barrier, and sometimes it can feel like you're talking in-circles with them (which means a small fix that should be resolved in a day can take several weeks).

Best support on the platform ever! I was hesitant to buy the script because I do not have any programming experience, but the Documentation and professional support made things so easy.
I open several tickets together and within two days I usually find solutions in the easiest way.

I have had this WoWonder Social Script of over 6 months now. I have always wanted to start a social site. I have never really got around to it just thought it would be to much work. I downloaded Playube that is a awesome script and when I found out that WoWounder Social was made by the same person I was inspired to get this one going! They are both great scripts and TurnKey!

Good attention in support.
Perhaps I would suggest shortening the attention time to hours instead of days and making videos at a level of detail on specific issues of the installation.
In general, all good so far.

this is my second product from DoughouzForest, WoWonder has to be the best script for social networking on the market its designed very clean and of course you can customize, i didnt have to do much because it was designed so professional, no complaints here! I like how you can switch the style of site to different platforms, I believe when the update comes out for Patreon mode, it will take this WoWonder script even further because the member-subscription model is the future and the best way to monetize for yourself and your users to earn independently on your platform as well, WoWonder script is giving us the opportunity to really compete with any platform!

I am really satisfied with what they are doing
Whenever I have a problem, I send them a ticket and they answer me calmly and follow up on my problems
