I am completely agree with paid Item Support if I have any individual issue. 1) but completely disagree with this statement that “expertise required to troubleshoot individual server issues” , because I am sure, this is not an individual server issue. I have tried from several server and using several domain but result is same. even i am using world most famous hosting Namcheap , hostinger but issue is same. So is it my issue? We checked, and our support team did a favor for you by asking for the FTP details 5-6 days ago, which you never sent. Just reply to the same email conversation with the full FTP details, and they will check what they can using the FTP. It is also better and faster to send Cpanel, whichever one is sent. Send all details to the same conversation, and it will be tested.

I would like to share a suggestion, that the error handling logic in your script is completely wrong and due to this mistake, we have faced a lot of hassle over the last 20 days.
The main question is: for this issue, should the error message be “Invalid License Key” or “License Already Used”? It should be “License Already Used”.
I was able to identify the issue only when I directly called the API using my license key via curl and received the response: “License already used in other product.”
Otherwise, this problem would not have been resolved.
So I hope that you will change the error message logic before anyone else has to face the same trouble again.
There is no error with our item, which has been running for many years for thousands of clients. To identify the issue on your domain, you must contact the support team via the ticket system and provide everything they ask for. Since you are not interested in paying item support per the envato item support policy, and you are trying to manage it for free from here, as we already told you 20 days before, this way will not work.

My suggestion here would be as follows:
Admin area: Full name Full username Flags Export = real data
Partner area: Partner name = HASH ID (e.g., u_91a2bc33) Username = anonymized with asterisks (e.g., m*0) Flags visible Export = anonymized Excel/PDF anonymized JSON anonymized
And it should also be possible to anonymize IP addresses, at least everything related to partners or affiliates, as this is none of their business. At least under My Orders under Country’s and Logs!

Without being subscribe to certain/paid membership class through the membership module, they will not be able to benefit/qualify to purchase certain ítem in the cart which will be for higher tier members or even participate in some Campaign type that will be reserve for paying membership class.

AffiliatePro SaaS includes a membership module, but it’s only used to ensure vendors/affiliates maintain an active plan before they can access their dashboard, and to limit the number of campaigns or products a vendor can publish. The store/catalog side does not have any logic to mark an item as “Gold members only” or to block checkout based on membership tier, nor can we restrict a campaign to a specific plan out of the box. If you need tier-based product access, we’d have to build a custom extension that tags products/campaigns with allowed plans and enforces that during listing, add‑to‑cart, and checkout.

Hello, i was one of the early purchaser of this app many years ago, now years later, there might be opportunity to use it, therefore my question:
I have a situation where admin will create tasks which are to be completed by Affiliates, and as affiliate complete the tasks, admin or a designated reviewer will review and accept the completed tasks by each affiliate at which then payment is made/credited to the affiliate wallet for the completed task. When admin/reviewer reject any tasks, the affiliate will not be paid.

I think AffiliateProSaaS already have support for Affiliate wallet but I’m not sure if AffiliateProSaaS already supports Vendor Wallet. If not, i need a vendor wallet in system where sales from vendor product is credited and also where Vendors themselves can credit fund and affiliate payment will be deducted from this Vendor wallet.
In summary, i want Vendor to fund/add money to their Vendor wallet in AffiliateProSaaS, then affiliate commission will be deducted from vendor wallets. This is needed in a situation where Vendor wants affiliate do promotions/campaign on a CPA/CPM/CPC basis and not product sales or even in situation where digital product is free (zero cost) but Vendor needs affiliate to help promote the free product, in this case, affiliate commission will be deducted from Vendor wallet.

Updates are done only manually and all instructions are available in the version package you have to download from your codecanyon account. For any other support questions, you must create a ticket.

Hello, after update, I register few vendor account, posted some campaigns (banners) and few affiliates generate some click but doesen’t work. No change on the reports. No commissions per click generated to affiliates.
To understand better, I run meta ads campaign with affiliate market link as target.
