I’ve looked into the problem and it seems there’s a conflict with “CleanTalk”. Internally, I’m getting this error:
“Forbidden. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.”
If you have any plugins activated that are related to the error, try deactivating them. If that solves the problem, then go to the settings of that plugin and check if you can add the form to the exclusions.
Hi there. I’m having an issue with the MailChimp connection. Sometimes it says “invalid email address” when the email address is correct and other times it gets stuck loading the confirmation message. I have switched between “Email Validation: MX record on/off” and neither seem to solve the problem.
I have it all connected correctly and once it gave me a proper confirmation “already subscribed”. I have tried many times and it’s just not working.

I’ve reviewed your form, and there’s a problem with the field types and names. That is, the “Mobile Phone” field is of type email, which it shouldn’t be. And you’re using the “Field Name” field as email.

So you need to edit the popup and use the fields appropriately (for Phone, you can use the “Text” field if you want). I hope that fixes the issues, otherwise, I’ll revisit this further.

2. I want people to indicate their interests via checkboxes, but the list doesn’t contain information about which box people checked. How do I ensure that I capture people’s interests along with their name and email address?

Make sure the field name for interests is the same in all checkboxes.
Also keep in mind that in Salesforce you must create a field for interests as well and the name must be the same as the one you are entering in MasterPopups (or maybe Salesforce will provide you with a field name when you create it)

¡Hola!, estoy configurando el formulario de suscripción con tu plugin y estoy viendo que en ocasiones, cuando la suscripción no se finaliza correctamente, el e-mail en cuestión queda como “guardado” y si intento registrarlo de nuevo, no me deja incluirlo, pero la suscripción nunca se hizo efectiva (Tengo integrado Mailchimp, aunque otras suscripciones llegan a Mailchimp), ¿Existe algún registro que pueda limpiar o existe alguna forma de que los e-mails de los registros fallidos no se queden de alguna manera registrados e impidan registrarlos de nuevo? ¿esto ocurre por un lapso de tiempo y pasado ese tiempo podré registrar estos e-mails fallidos nuevamente?.

Desde el plugin no se guarda ningún registro de emails enviados, y si se quedan “guardados” como dices debe ser alguna configuración en Mailchimp que debes cambiar. Si te aparece algún error cuando se envía en formulario de suscripción colócalo por aquí para tratar de ayudarte.
Hola, el error que aparece es el preconfigurado en el propio plugin, para cuando los e-mails, por la razón que sea, no se registran correctamente. En Mailchimp he limpiado todo registro de ese e-mail pero el problema persiste, por eso me pongo en contacto con ustedes. Está claro que el “sistema” detecta algún problema con ese e-mail y por eso no lo registra, siendo un e-mail de Gmail, cuando otros de ese mismo proveedor los registra sin problema.

Entiendo, entonces es un problema de relacionado con los nombres de los campos que tienes configurado en el plugin. Uno de esos problemas sucede porque los nombres de los campos son diferentes a los de Mailchimp, y deben ser iguales para que funcione. Si gustas envíame los datos de inicio de sesión de Wordpress a mi email y yo mismo lo reviso.
