1)I’m a bit confused about this product, especially the difference between “one website” and “unlimited websites.” Can you please explain the difference?

2)My understanding is that you can use this software and allow many users to subscribe and use the service to update their social media. Could you please clarify if this is correct and how it relates to having a single or unlimited license?

3)If I have a webpage built with HTML5 and JavaScript, can I integrate this SaaS? I saw in the documentation that you need to have a WordPress site connected to your social media. Please clarify.

4)Is it possible to have a support ticket system within the dashboard so I can reply to subscribers? Cheers!

Thanks for your questions , happy to clarify each point:

1) Difference between “one website” and “unlimited websites” To use Mingle, you need to activate your license.

- With a regular license, you can install and activate Mingle on one domain/website. There is no limit on how many users or social media accounts you connect — it only limits the number of websites where the script can be installed.

- With an extended license, you can install Mingle on unlimited domains. This means you can run Mingle as separate SaaS platforms for different brands or projects across multiple websites.

2) Users vs. License Scope Yes, Mingle allows you to onboard unlimited users/subscribers who can manage their social media through your platform and it’s independent from which license you choose. The license only controls how many domains you can install the script on , not how many users you can have.

3) Using Mingle with your own HTML/JS webpage WordPress is just one of the social networks supported by Mingle — it’s not required to run the SaaS. Mingle itself is a PHP-based SaaS, so you can integrate it with any custom HTML/JavaScript front end. If needed, you can also override and customize the design (HTML/JS/CSS) as per your brand. 4) Support ticket system inside the dashboard This feature is not currently available by default. However, we can definitely develop it for you as custom work if you need it.

I am planning to post to 500 to 1000 instagram accounts at the same time. I don’t understand what you mean by server resources? and what kind of host or server do you suggest me.

When we mention server resources, we just mean the ability of your hosting to handle many background tasks at once. Posting to 500–1000 Instagram accounts means your system will send hundreds of API requests, and weaker hosting can struggle to process them smoothly.

However, there is no special or specific server requirement for our platform.

You can use VPS or regular hosting , both work fine as long as:

- it’s not very low-tier shared hosting

- it allows background/cron tasks

- it stays stable under load

The exact choice depends on your usage, not on a fixed specification from our side.

Regardless of the server, remember that Instagram’s API limits will still apply, so batching or spacing out posts remains the safest method.

When we talk about adding “small delays,” we don’t mean a fixed number of minutes. Instagram doesn’t publish an official limit, and every account behaves differently depending on its history, trust level, and activity. The idea is simply to avoid sending hundreds of API requests at the exact same second.

Most users safely batch their posts with short gaps (for example, a few minutes between each request), but there is no required or guaranteed timing, because Instagram’s anti-spam system varies from case to case. The goal is to make the posting pattern look more natural and reduce the chances of temporary API blocks.

Regarding hosting: You can use either VPS or regular hosting, as long as it’s not low-tier shared hosting. There is no specific server requirement from our side , any decent hosting environment that supports background tasks will work. The important thing is stability, not raw power.

What I would like is integration with other “AI” programs, for example (Gemini, Deepseek, Grok, Perplexy, and Claude), as each one has a different response.

I did a fresh reinstall of the migle script and now I can’t add facebook account – blank page.

error : Facebook SDK returned an error:SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

First the login page was not opening because of 504 Gateway Time-out error so i did a fresh reinstall of the mingle and now the facebook account can’t be added

Yesterday worked fine, I guess is a server problem, but nothing happen here, maybe the script is linked to your server or else.

I loaded a early backup from last month, now is loading … nothing happen. I think the script is loading a resource from mingle server. Is not fair play, if his server is down, all customer`s scripts…. are blank !

What is the file/folder permission required?

The main script folder may need to be writable (775 or 777 temporarily) during the update process so the files can be replaced. After updating, you can switch them back to 755/644.

When connecting through the Facebook App method, the system currently shows the WPWEB logo and the name “SAPIG” with the message: “SAPIG is requesting access to:”.

Could you please clarify:

  1. Why it is showing your logo and name instead of ours?
  2. From where this can be changed – is it in the Facebook App settings (App ID, branding, permissions) or within a specific plugin/file on our site?
  3. Which file(s) or configuration need to be updated?
  4. If you have any documentation or a step-by-step guide for updating the app logo and brand name, please share it.

We’d like to ensure that our own logo and brand name appear during the connection process.

The reason you’re seeing the WPWeb logo and SAPIG name is because you’re connecting via the plugin’s default App method. This default app is owned by Us, so its branding appears during the connection process.

If you’d like your own logo and brand name to show up instead, you’ll need to create and connect your own Facebook App via “Graph API Method”. Once your own app is set up and connected, the logo, app name, and permissions request will reflect your branding.

Once I create a Facebook App, I know I can connect using the Graph API Method. 

But my question is: why can’t I connect directly using the Facebook App Method after creating the App?

If it is possible, how exactly do I do that, and where do I need to make changes?

After creating your own app, you don’t need to add the account again using the App Method. Instead, you’ll need to use the Graph API Method to connect it.

To clarify:

App Method → no need to create your own app, it uses our default app (hassle-free, one-click setup).

Graph API Method → this is where you use your own Facebook App, and it will show your branding.

Both methods are different, and you only need to use one at a time.
