When connecting through the Facebook App method, the system currently shows the WPWEB logo and the name “SAPIG” with the message: “SAPIG is requesting access to:”.
Could you please clarify:
- Why it is showing your logo and name instead of ours?
- From where this can be changed – is it in the Facebook App settings (App ID, branding, permissions) or within a specific plugin/file on our site?
- Which file(s) or configuration need to be updated?
- If you have any documentation or a step-by-step guide for updating the app logo and brand name, please share it.
We’d like to ensure that our own logo and brand name appear during the connection process.
The reason you’re seeing the WPWeb logo and SAPIG name is because you’re connecting via the plugin’s default App method. This default app is owned by Us, so its branding appears during the connection process.
If you’d like your own logo and brand name to show up instead, you’ll need to create and connect your own Facebook App via “Graph API Method”. Once your own app is set up and connected, the logo, app name, and permissions request will reflect your branding.

Once I create a Facebook App, I know I can connect using the Graph API Method.
But my question is: why can’t I connect directly using the Facebook App Method after creating the App?
If it is possible, how exactly do I do that, and where do I need to make changes?
After creating your own app, you don’t need to add the account again using the App Method. Instead, you’ll need to use the Graph API Method to connect it.
To clarify:
App Method → no need to create your own app, it uses our default app (hassle-free, one-click setup).
Graph API Method → this is where you use your own Facebook App, and it will show your branding.
Both methods are different, and you only need to use one at a time.

Since yesterday: Instagram posting exception : Only photo or video can be accepted as media type.

This error usually appears if Instagram is rejecting the post format. Please double-check the following:
- Ensure the post has either a valid image or video attached , Instagram doesn’t allow link-only or text-only posts.
- Try re-authenticating your Instagram account in the plugin settings to refresh the connection.

The message you’re seeing might be due to changed membership level of demo customer, you can simply login into admin panel and assign different membership to customer and check again by login into it.

Hey, unfortunately Reddit doesn’t work for me. Even though I join communities. In addition, characters are incorrectly encoded, paragraphs are not adopted and the image size limit is too low.

Make sure the communities you join allow external posting via apps; some subreddits have restrictions.
Character Encoding / Paragraphs – we checked with different language characters but not having this case, please open a support ticket with a screenshot and example post so we can troubleshoot directly.
Image Size Limit – This is currently set due to Reddit API constraints.

The registration form should display the Submit button by default unless it’s being affected by custom code or template edits.
Please ensure:
You haven’t heavily modified the sign-up page template.
There are no browser console errors (check for any JavaScript issues).
All required form fields are correctly set , especially if you’ve modified field visibility or added custom fields.

Regarding Reddit , yes, it works too! You can post to Reddit using the app method by adding your account at one click.
But how does the Map Flair work? In a demo I could add my account but I couldn’t find any subreddits
The Map Flair feature is designed to let you map Reddit user flairs after you’ve connected your Reddit account as it’s mandatory for some Reddit posts.
If you’re not seeing any subreddits listed, here’s what to check:
Reddit Permissions : Make sure your Reddit account has the necessary scopes when connecting, so the plugin can fetch your subscribed subreddits.
Active Subscription : Only subreddits you’re subscribed to will appear in the list.
Refresh Connection : Try removing and reconnecting your Reddit account to ensure fresh data is pulled.

One major concern is How to control amount of space used by a user?
Space control for
1. Each upload of images/videos 2. Total Space allocated to a user.
This is to ensure, one single person doesn’t use up all the space available.

Currently, Mingle doesn’t include built‑in user‑space quotas. You can control individual upload sizes via your server’s PHP settings (e.g. upload_max_filesize, post_max_size), but enforcing a total storage limit per user would require custom code to track and block excess usage. Currently, the script does not support posting content from an RSS feed directly to LinkedIn or other networks. However, we appreciate your suggestion.
I try you demo before buy and the Facebook publication post without picture I try all the configuration possible and the post result with not picture on facebook and Instagram always said: Instagram posting exception : The image format is not supported.(and I test with all image extension possible. Also the image file size permit is to low almost everybody take pictures with cell phone so the lowers size on picture phone is to much for your script and on top of this there is not setting configuration to change those numbers.

Yes but I posted few videos and picture direct to facebook e Instagram every day and if I try to post same one using your script tell me that is too big the maximum permit is 1048kb; any picture or video have more than this size. is right? File “Generated video 1.mp4” (1627.58 KB) exceeds maximum allowed upload size of 1024 KB.
Yes, by default, our script limits the upload size to 1024 KB (1 MB) mainly to ensure compatibility and performance on shared servers.
