Your CSV/Excel file should contain separate columns, for example:
- One column for the phone number
- One column for the message
3) Support after the Regular License expires With a Regular License, you receive 6 months of free support. After the support period expires, you only need to renew the support if you require assistance. You do not need to purchase the license again. Please note that Ultimate SMS includes lifetime updates.
4) Using the Ultimate SMS API with another web application Yes. Ultimate SMS provides its own REST API, which you can use to send SMS from another web application. You can find full API details by logging in and navigating to: Campaign View → Developer Menu

The Regular License is intended for single end-product use without charging end users directly for access. While you may test the system using a Regular License, it is not suitable for production use in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.

Yes, it is possible to send SMS using your brand name instead of a SIM number, but this depends entirely on your SMS gateway provider.
If your SMS provider supports Alphanumeric Sender ID (Brand Name Sender ID), then you can use it easily with Ultimate SMS. There are no restrictions from our side. Ultimate SMS supports both:
- Numeric sender IDs (phone numbers)
- Alphanumeric sender IDs (brand names)
You simply need to configure the sender ID according to what your SMS provider allows.
If you are not sure whether your provider supports this feature, please check with them directly or let us know and we will be happy to guide you.

Thank you for your question. To integrate Evolution API with Ultimate SMS, you only need to provide the following details when adding a new sending server:
*Server URL / API URL: Your Evolution API domain (e.g., `https://mydomain.com`)- Instance ID: Your Evolution API instance name or ID
- API Key: Your generated API key from Evolution API
Once these details are entered and saved, you will be able to send WhatsApp messages through Ultimate SMS without any additional configuration.

I tried to create a “Create Your Own Server” setup, but there are some mandatory fields that weren’t mentioned in your instructions. I’d really appreciate it if you could guide me more completely. Also, what exactly should the “API Key Parameter” be? Because without filling these in, the Save button is disabled. The fields are:
Success Keyword API Key Destination parameter Message parameter
Additionally, according to the rules of the Evolution API, there needs to be an “instance name” parameter in order to send messages. Should the “instance name” be used as the Sender ID?

Regarding your question: Ultimate SMS currently supports a customer “sub-account” feature, but it does not provide a full reseller system. This means customers can create and manage sub-accounts under their own profile, but a full reseller hierarchy with independent pricing tiers for each client is not available in the current version.
Customers can still manage their sub-accounts, monitor usage, and purchase credits — but all credit and pricing management remains under the main customer account, not a reseller structure.
If you require a complete reseller system with multi-tier pricing and full client-reseller management, this is not yet supported natively.

So do we must use uid or id becose id of canpaigns is different as uid i explained and we cannot get id for each campaign sms rest or http send over. 1. Campaign ID vs UID when sending via API We have already updated the code on your server, and tomorrow’s update will include the final fix so that the correct campaign ID is always returned when sending via API. After the update, you will be able to retrieve:
- campaign_id (database ID)
- campaign_uid (public UID)
Both will be available, so your integration will work properly.
2. Adding your own 2FA / OTP API Yes, you can integrate your own OTP/2FA API into the system. You can create a support ticket on our support forum and send the documentation, and we will guide you on how to add it to:
- The sending server section
- The API endpoints
- The OTP or verification workflow
3. About OTP generation and sending Ultimate SMS does not generate OTP codes internally. The behavior depends on the SMS gateway provider — if they support OTP and verification endpoints, Ultimate SMS simply passes the message.
If you want a custom OTP generator and logic, we can integrate your own OTP engine inside Ultimate SMS using your API.
Please share your documentation, and I will check and confirm the required steps.

So please check before do any changes, becose we also added statuses to get it in singel or mass campaigns over api. And mms are over phobe number in use not sender id. Ask Abul will thell you what all kind of modifications was done over the months back on our io domain. So this error that we reported also to abul overemail as well about the api issues with not getting id and the rest. So please as i say we have long list that was modified payed 300+ eur so we need only this fix to be working for api campaings.. A lot of things, like campaings modifications dashboard modification with a lots of data that this version your dont have it.. added statuses (not for public use), fix the campaings fix the contact modul and other modifications in api docs with statuses as well to get with mass or singel sms. Adding only for us mms server to be used as we use over phone number etc etc.
To many as i say ask Abul will know so please as i say we cannot updgrade our version becose we will with your version lost all other modifications that your system not have it and was extra payed. So that why we need only api fix files code for now to be working finaly.

i can share ticket numbers: 381653x 378834x 363159×318280x 290159×378834x Alsso with last update we have serioulsy trobles with campaings that never automaticly closed, but now at least reports are correct.. this was still not fixed as well from last broken updates from your side. But for now will ignore that. As say need only now the api fix rest/http for gettings statuses id with respond report for each campaings and not to update to lates completly. Not option for now.

Hi team, your continued updates and support makes your application one of the best here. Thnak you very much, we have been using it for a while with no problem. I would like to point out that in every message sent we get 160 characters per page. In my country they add a mandatory 15 characters to curb spam in the out-going message.
If i send a message 1 page long i.e 160 characters, the final message is 175 (160+15) characters long making it 2 pages and not one page which increases my cost. How can we go about this? Can we have an option to limit per page characters in the next updates like in the earlier version 2.8 of SMSULTIMATE to accommodate the extra 15 characters? We also need to add below the text editor a simple message to say 15 characters will automatically be added.

Hi Abul, as u know we use for sending campaign over phone number for dms and mms “groupe id” for mass messages. But over sender id for sms singel or mass we use your uid, but we cannot get in any way reports over uid as well if we are using api.
So for sending mms or singel or mass sms or mms we dont use sender id as your screen but phone number.
Using sender id only we use tor mass sms
So we use 3 options one is use sender id for mass/singel sms campaign.
Second we use “mmsi” as u know implemented system for mass or singel sms or mms over phobe number not as you send is over sender id. So in that way is in use “groupe id” and we cannot get it. When u implemented i ask u specificly dont forget on api to test if over api all working but u probably forget. So can u please re-check that we can finished integration.
Abul please test our api using singel or mass sms over with “sender id” and send us on email please screenshots not here. If u get over api http/rest also uid reports stored in db to get all info on other side where api is implemented not to check requests only over postman Thank you.

Abul we aded to missiing line “682” and “1402” missing code below but still canot get id campaings to stored from each mass or singel campaing over api.

Why if you tested and fixes as on your system as you say its working now but durring testing still not working? Hi, in your lastes update you have the option in the data base campaign table skip_failed_message which is set by default to 0. with the default settings the campaign message get paused anytime it encountered an invalid phone number in the contact list. My question is by setting the default to 1, will this allow the campaign message to skip the failed phone numbers in order to skip the invalid phone numbers and finish the campaign message ?

Hello, i am interested in your script but i have some question. Our current script takes so much time in processing just 50k contact campaign roughly 8hours. Can yours do it faster. i see in your demo that one can set sending rate in sending server but i can see all are set to 500sms/minutes, is this the standard or can it be changed. I also see that sending rate can be set in plan option and i see that in the demo what is there is 50k/hour. Which of this number will the system pick and does that mean with your script we can be able to process 50k sms in just one hour.

The SMS sending speed mainly depends on your SMS gateway provider’s API throughput and your server configuration. We’ve optimized Ultimate SMS to be as fast as possible within those limits.
In our tests, using Twilio SMS Gateway and an AWS server (4-core CPU, 8GB RAM), we achieved around 500 messages per minute — that’s approximately 25,000 messages per hour.
Yes, you can adjust the sending rate in both the Sending Server and Plan settings according to your needs. However, the actual delivery rate will still depend on your gateway’s response time and queue performance.
So to clarify — while 50K/hour is technically possible with a powerful setup and a high-throughput gateway, the typical optimized performance we’ve observed is around 25K/hour under standard conditions.

What speed per hour can you guess/estimate we can achieve with this using your software. i also want to ask about Blacklist. If admin adds some numbers to blacklist does the system will exclude the numbers from being pushed to the API for all users?

Based on your server configuration (4 CPU, 4 GB RAM) and gateway throughput (600 req/sec), you can expect to process approximately 50,000 messages in around 3 hours, depending on your network stability and gateway response time.
Yes, regarding the blacklist — once a number is added to the blacklist, Ultimate SMS automatically excludes it from all future message sends, across all users and campaigns.

PSpot is correct. Campaign is NOT working. Cron not working. Manual Cron still campaign don’t process. Quick send can only send 25. it says 100. It’s been too long.

I understand your concern. Please note that the PSpot campaign feature is working correctly. In some cases, large campaigns may take longer to process due to SMS gateway exceptions or temporary server connection issues.
We’ve tested the same campaign setup on our end, and it worked without issues. However, we’re still reviewing everything, and if we identify any campaign-related bugs, an update will be released within the next few days.
Currently, over 3,000 users are actively using the system — so if the campaign or cron job wasn’t working globally, it would be widely reported. Regarding the Quick Send issue, we’ve successfully sent over 500 SMS using Twilio and a standard Namecheap cPanel server without any errors.
