2) SMS via file (CSV/Excel) sending Yes, this feature allows you to send different messages to different numbers from a single file. Your CSV/Excel file should contain separate columns, for example:

  • One column for the phone number
  • One column for the message
During campaign setup, you can map the message column using the available tags, and Ultimate SMS will automatically send the correct message to each corresponding number. Reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/w5Hv5_DCA5Zl

3) Support after the Regular License expires With a Regular License, you receive 6 months of free support. After the support period expires, you only need to renew the support if you require assistance. You do not need to purchase the license again. Please note that Ultimate SMS includes lifetime updates.

4) Using the Ultimate SMS API with another web application Yes. Ultimate SMS provides its own REST API, which you can use to send SMS from another web application. You can find full API details by logging in and navigating to: Campaign View → Developer Menu

5) License for hosting and reselling SMS (SaaS model) If you plan to host Ultimate SMS and allow others to purchase plans and send bulk SMS through your platform, you must use an Extended License. You may start with a Regular License for testing purposes, but for production and resale usage, the Extended License is required.

Based on your description (using Ultimate SMS as a SaaS platform, creating subscription plans, and reselling SMS services to your own clients), the Extended License is the appropriate and recommended option, as it allows commercial use with subscription-based resale.

The Regular License is intended for single end-product use without charging end users directly for access. While you may test the system using a Regular License, it is not suitable for production use in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.

I run a bulk SMS service myself (like the one you can find at https://dexpatch.com.ng/) and I’m exploring options for a new backend solution.

My main question is about client/reseller management and tiered pricing. For a business that needs to set up multiple client accounts with different SMS volume plans, does Ultimate SMS offer a seamless way for customers to manage their own sub-accounts, view their usage, and purchase more credits, all under a reseller structure? Regarding your question: Ultimate SMS currently supports a customer “sub-account” feature, but it does not provide a full reseller system. This means customers can create and manage sub-accounts under their own profile, but a full reseller hierarchy with independent pricing tiers for each client is not available in the current version.

Customers can still manage their sub-accounts, monitor usage, and purchase credits — but all credit and pricing management remains under the main customer account, not a reseller structure.

If you require a complete reseller system with multi-tier pricing and full client-reseller management, this is not yet supported natively.

Abul i send u a weeks about how we cannot get for each campaign send over api the “id” of campaigns. So do we must use uid or id becose id of canpaigns is different as uid i explained and we cannot get id for each campaign sms rest or http send over. Hi team, your continued updates and support makes your application one of the best here. Thnak you very much, we have been using it for a while with no problem. I would like to point out that in every message sent we get 160 characters per page. In my country they add a mandatory 15 characters to curb spam in the out-going message.

If i send a message 1 page long i.e 160 characters, the final message is 175 (160+15) characters long making it 2 pages and not one page which increases my cost. How can we go about this? Can we have an option to limit per page characters in the next updates like in the earlier version 2.8 of SMSULTIMATE to accommodate the extra 15 characters? We also need to add below the text editor a simple message to say 15 characters will automatically be added.

Codeglen after more then 1.5 year was passed we extended 2 times support and what we get ????! Still we have BROKEN sms campaings. Also we cannot use rest/http api becose your system not provide “UID” id for each send campaings!!! 3 weeeks we cant completed integration man!! And you ignoring us?

Abul we aded to missiing line “682” and “1402” missing code below but still canot get id campaings to stored from each mass or singel campaing over api.

Abul so in this what you send us yesterday we still cannot get campaing mass “ID with report of singel or mass sms campaing” of campaings over rest/http api! Stil error showing.. Why if you tested and fixes as on your system as you say its working now but durring testing still not working? We need that fix, from the beggining why was not done like that if you are using api client will wanted statistics and reports to be show also if using api not just internal app use. Please for fix or login to our system, but dont loose any things in our api.

Hi, in your lastes update you have the option in the data base campaign table skip_failed_message which is set by default to 0. with the default settings the campaign message get paused anytime it encountered an invalid phone number in the contact list. My question is by setting the default to 1, will this allow the campaign message to skip the failed phone numbers in order to skip the invalid phone numbers and finish the campaign message ?

Thank you for your comment. We’ve already added an option that allows you to choose whether to stop or continue a campaign when it encounters an invalid phone number or any other sending issue. You’ll find this feature included in our next release, which will be available soon.

Thank you for your query. Both options are available in Ultimate SMS. You can send template messages using the FBWhatsAppByTemplate gateway, and send WhatsApp messages with images using the WhatsApp Gateway.

Hello, i am interested in your script but i have some question. Our current script takes so much time in processing just 50k contact campaign roughly 8hours. Can yours do it faster. i see in your demo that one can set sending rate in sending server but i can see all are set to 500sms/minutes, is this the standard or can it be changed. I also see that sending rate can be set in plan option and i see that in the demo what is there is 50k/hour. Which of this number will the system pick and does that mean with your script we can be able to process 50k sms in just one hour.

What speed per hour can you guess/estimate we can achieve with this using your software. i also want to ask about Blacklist. If admin adds some numbers to blacklist does the system will exclude the numbers from being pushed to the API for all users?

Based on your server configuration (4 CPU, 4 GB RAM) and gateway throughput (600 req/sec), you can expect to process approximately 50,000 messages in around 3 hours, depending on your network stability and gateway response time.

Yes, regarding the blacklist — once a number is added to the blacklist, Ultimate SMS automatically excludes it from all future message sends, across all users and campaigns.

PSpot is correct. Campaign is NOT working. Cron not working. Manual Cron still campaign don’t process. Quick send can only send 25. it says 100. It’s been too long.

I understand your concern. Please note that the PSpot campaign feature is working correctly. In some cases, large campaigns may take longer to process due to SMS gateway exceptions or temporary server connection issues.

We’ve tested the same campaign setup on our end, and it worked without issues. However, we’re still reviewing everything, and if we identify any campaign-related bugs, an update will be released within the next few days.

Currently, over 3,000 users are actively using the system — so if the campaign or cron job wasn’t working globally, it would be widely reported. Regarding the Quick Send issue, we’ve successfully sent over 500 SMS using Twilio and a standard Namecheap cPanel server without any errors.
