Hello, I need to build a form where the user can add multiple nominees. There will be two fields – one will be “Relation with Applicant”, which will be a drop-down menu, another field will be “Name of Nominee”, which will be a text field. There will be a button with “plus” sign, next to the “Name of Nominee” field. Clicking the “plus” button will keep allowing the user to add multiple nominees. Can I be able to build like that with your plugin? If so, how? Also, is there a way to show a print/download button on form submission where user will be able to print/download their form response?

Sure, you can use Easy Forms to build that type of forms. You can use the Repeater field. And yes, as admin you can go to the Submission Details page and click the Print button to print it, also here you can choose the option to “Save as PDF” to download it as a pdf document. And, if the user is an anonymous user, you can send the submission info by email by configuring the email notifications.

Can we make the “Print” or “Download” option available for the user? As per my requirement, the user will submit the form and will get a print out of the confirmation page. The confirmation page should be customisable with dynamic fields from the form.

Hi, if we submit the form with .pdf how can we see the backend the .pdf documents we have submitted ? is there separate tab or how can we retrieve the pdf file to see ?
Hi, you can see the submitted pdf documents with the Submission Manager, in the same page where you see the Submission details you will find a Files information section. Best!

Nice but in your documentation I didn’t see how the fields can be called onto the webhook data. Also in the webhook setup there is no hint for that.
E.g. [name] tag could be used to fetch the Name Field submission to be sent via the webhook, or alternatively the field ID [frm_ID04] depending on how the webhook works. This should be made clear on the webhook page or documentation for clarity.
Better still the Values of the webhook could be made to drop down the form fields for easy insertion
All data is sent with the webhook. In our documentation, there is an example to see how the webhooks work. Try it to see if they meet your requirements. Best!

After several years of use, I find it to be an interesting alternative to simple forms. Why only simple ones? Although it promises advanced calculation and text functions, which sound good, in practice there is a lack of detailed documentation supported by examples. All this “conditional logic” often becomes illogical. The tool was designed by a programmer for programmers, and it’s hard to figure out how things work. For those who don’t like to complicate their lives and use WordPress, I suggest sticking with CF7.
Hello, dose this form supports: 1- Limit number of selection for example select 2 only out of 10 options 2- In case of other in select options, then it must show text field for typing 3- Can partial submissions be collected? 4- I checked the array it can support text input as well am I right?

How do you get pretty permalinks to work. My server has mod_rewrite fully set up and working I have a few WordPress sites and other PHP sites that work. Is there supposed to be a .htaccess in the folder, I changed the web config file to true for pretty URLs and it keeps showing error when I click any links from the dashboard
