Quiero expresarles una preocupación como usuario real de su producto. Siento que la plataforma se está volviendo “más de lo mismo”, sin avances significativos ni mejoras que respondan a las necesidades reales de quienes ya hemos implementado y utilizado su sistema en producción.
Muchos de nosotros hemos dejado comentarios detallados explicando qué funciones son necesarias, qué problemas afectan la operación diaria y qué cambios realmente aportarían valor. Sin embargo, las actualizaciones recientes no reflejan esas sugerencias, y pareciera que no se está tomando en cuenta la experiencia de los clientes que ya confiamos en su producto.
También sería muy recomendable que publiquen una lista clara de lo que planean trabajar en las próximas actualizaciones. Tener un roadmap público evitaría que los usuarios esperen a ciegas, reduciría la frustración y permitiría que todos sepamos qué esperar en cada etapa del desarrollo. Esto ayudaría muchísimo a manejar expectativas y a mantener la confianza en la evolución del producto.
Les pido, de manera constructiva, que retomen el enfoque en escuchar al usuario final, prioricen mejoras reales y se enfoquen en actualizaciones que marquen una diferencia tangible. Su producto tiene gran potencial, pero es necesario que evolucione con base en las necesidades del mercado y de quienes lo usamos cada día.

Entiendo perfectamente la importancia de mantener la estabilidad, seguridad y compatibilidad del sistema, especialmente cuando se trata de una plataforma compleja como 6amMart. Actualizar Laravel, PHP y las bases técnicas es necesario, y como dueño de un negocio también valoro ese tipo de mejoras estructurales.
Sin embargo, mi comentario no va en contra de esas actualizaciones, sino a favor de una mejor comunicación y alineación con las necesidades reales de quienes usamos el sistema en producción. Muchos clientes compramos su producto precisamente porque creemos en su potencial, y por eso resulta fundamental sentir que las sugerencias y problemas operativos que reportamos se están tomando en cuenta en el desarrollo.
Por eso, una hoja de ruta pública o una lista clara de las próximas funcionalidades sería de gran ayuda. No para exigir características personalizadas, sino para tener visibilidad, evitar expectativas inciertas y entender hacia dónde se dirige el proyecto. No todos los usuarios piden solo lo que necesitan para ellos; muchos buscamos que el sistema como producto evolucione en línea con lo que demanda el mercado actual.
Apreciamos las actualizaciones técnicas, pero también es importante ver avances funcionales que impacten la operación diaria, mejoren la experiencia del cliente final y mantengan competitivo el producto frente a alternativas más modernas.
Agradezco su trabajo y el esfuerzo continuo. Mi intención es aportar desde la perspectiva de un comprador que utiliza la plataforma en un entorno real y que desea ver a 6amMart crecer y mejorar de forma equilibrada: tanto en su base técnica como en las funcionalidades que los usuarios ven y necesitan.

Greetings, Your last few update have been great. I really appreciate your hard work. However, in my opinion, Deep link is the most important feature at least to me. Being able to encourage customers to share items and stores to share their stores where users would be taken taken directly to the page or/and play/app store is very important.
I understand the limitation or rather the challenge to implement this due to the need of user location to match with the required zone and module parameter, but please, do something.
It would be great for this feature to be implemented with a clean, SEO and user friendly URL that has also been a problem.

I have been following this good project for a while but what I am looking forward to is the developers implementing STACK ORDER or BATCHING ORDERS for the delivery men in order to consolidate multiple smaller shipments into a single, larger shipment to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency. This often involves grouping items with nearby destinations.
Secondly, the new strategy for platforms like this is to employ subcontractors to do the delivery. They would rather create or assign drivers to fleet partners or subcontractors. Fleet partners send invites to drivers to join their fleet during the driver registration process. Driver earnings are paid to their fleet managers.

Hi please it is possible to get replies on the tickets a bit quicker. I am having some major issues like Add New Product 500 error, Delivery charge miscalculation, “_ is out of stock” when any item is out of stock and doesn’t mention which item it is.
