Please consider adding an alternative item listing layout like:

  • Food: Collapsible/compact list view similar to Swiggy/Zomato for faster browsing and easy ordering.
  • Grocery, Pharmacy & Shops: A 3-column small-card view similar to Blinkit (India), which shows more items on the screen at once.

Reason: Grocery, pharmacy and shop categories usually have long item lists. A large single-column list requires extensive scrolling and reduces user engagement. A compact, multi-item view will:

  • Increase items visible at once
  • Reduce scrolling time
  • Improve overall ordering experience
  • Match the UI patterns users are already familiar with
  1. 2. Add “Multiple Stops” Option for Parcel Module

Please add a feature to allow multiple delivery stops in a single parcel order. This will help businesses use the platform more effectively. Example:

  • A pharmacist or merchant wants to send multiple parcels in one batch trip
  • Rider can pick up once and drop at multiple locations

This is becoming a common feature in delivery apps and can expand use cases of the parcel module beyond single deliveries.

  1. 3. Option for Fixed Subscription Fee for Riders

Please add an option for the admin to choose between:

  • Commission per delivery, or
  • Fixed daily subscription fee for riders

Example: A rider pays ₹10 per day as a subscription (prepaid or postpaid). Whether they deliver 1 order or many, the system deducts a fixed amount from their wallet the next day.

This model has started becoming popular (e.g., Rapido) and may soon be a competitive requirement.

These features can help the platform stay aligned with evolving market standards and improve user, vendor, and rider experience.

A supermarket has 100 categories or sections.

A restaurant has a menu with 10 or 50 sections or categories, whatever you want to call them. We can’t collapse the categories with that. One thing is the categories of the stores and another is the internal categories of each store. When are we going to have this feature? I’ve been hearing many customers asking for it for over a year. They don’t listen to their customers. Is there no roadmap yet?

Yes we can be selfish at time, but in many cases, we share common needs based on our experience.

We have repeatedly asked for roadmap and feature request page which will be able to solve the concern you mentioned on your reply of users requesting for features that is important only to them. By having a feature request voting system, you can easily able to make decision on which feature to prioritize.

As businesses that are live with thousands of installs and hundreds of vendors, it’s important to know what feature is coming and when. We are responsible to our paying clients as well. Having a roadmap will allow us to plan the upgrade ahead, prepare marketing materials, budget and training/announcements, etc. introducing the new features. It feels like you are not taking these things into consideration or maybe not seriously enough.

With so many themes available, implementing a roadmap and feature request/voting would take less than half a day, and this is why it’s frustrating as we have been asking for this for years.

Is it possible for Vendor to configure Pickup Location (grocery who can ship products each week in different partner’s delivery point) . Something similar to what you have in your GOFRESH app with the BRANCH LIST (if I understand well this feature) but for this multivendor app?

Sir, At the moment, the multi-branch or multiple pickup-location feature for individual vendors is not available in the 6amMart multi-vendor system.

The branch list functionality you saw in GoFresh is specific to that single-vendor model, and it is not included in the multi-vendor script.

1. How are the documents required from drivers and vendors created? Do we have a standard dynamic document creation process in place?

2. When a new order comes in, do drivers and vendors have a specific notification tone or alert in the app? I’m referring to something similar to Bolt or Uber, where the notification rings even if the phone is in sleep mode.

Greetings, Your last few update have been great. I really appreciate your hard work. However, in my opinion, Deep link is the most important feature at least to me. Being able to encourage customers to share items and stores to share their stores where users would be taken taken directly to the page or/and play/app store is very important.

I understand the limitation or rather the challenge to implement this due to the need of user location to match with the required zone and module parameter, but please, do something.

It would be great for this feature to be implemented with a clean, SEO and user friendly URL that has also been a problem.

I have been following this good project for a while but what I am looking forward to is the developers implementing STACK ORDER or BATCHING ORDERS for the delivery men in order to consolidate multiple smaller shipments into a single, larger shipment to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency. This often involves grouping items with nearby destinations.

Secondly, the new strategy for platforms like this is to employ subcontractors to do the delivery. They would rather create or assign drivers to fleet partners or subcontractors. Fleet partners send invites to drivers to join their fleet during the driver registration process. Driver earnings are paid to their fleet managers.
