Ciao! We purchased your plugin some time ago, but our support period has now expired.
We had registered on your website, but our account has since been deleted — we assume due to inactivity over a certain period of time. That is why I’m writing here.
Is there a way, using CURCY, to find out how many times the currency switcher function is used? To explain a bit better, we would like to understand whether this feature is actually being used on our website or not.
Thank you!
To be clear, our plugins on CodeCanyon require only a one-time payment for lifetime access, meaning you can continue to use and update the plugin indefinitely.
However, please note that once your support period expires, our team won’t be able to provide direct hands-on assistance. While you will still be able to update the plugin, you will need to do so manually.
You may refer to this Envato post for details: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/208191263
Best regards
This is perfectly clear. However, many developers here never fail to provide answers to simple queries. It’s a matter of approach to customer care. Kind regards.
Of course. We always provide standard support to all customers, whether they have an active license or not. Just to clarify, the “hands-on assistance” I mentioned refers specifically to direct technical support and is outlined in the Envato article above.
If you have any questions, just let us know here or create an account to open a topic on our official support forum: https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/presale/. This is our dedicated channel available to all customers.
Hi, When using your plugin with TranslatePress and WooCommerce, can you have different payment/merchant accounts for checkout depending on the chosen location/language?
Example: If paying in the UK, it will use the UK Stripe account If paying in France, it will use the French Stripe account
Is that possible, thank you
Of course. CURCY supports currency per location. You can check out our step-by-step guide here for more information: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-multi-currency/#page_section_child_menu_2992
Thank you, so this is what i want to acheive: I want to use two Stripe accounts based on the customer’s billing country. For example, if a customer selects the United Kingdom in the billing address, the payment should be processed through the default Stripe account.
If the billing country is anything other than the United Kingdom, the payment should be processed through a second Stripe account.
Does this plugin achieve that?
Yes, you can integrate two Stripe accounts using two plugins. After that, you’ll be able to assign a specific currency to each payment method, as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/-N1u-ueqXx34
Ok, how do I integrate two Stripe accounts using two plugins? can you confirm please
You can try using two separate Stripe plugins, then configure each of your Stripe accounts per plugin setting.
ok thank you, but can you 100% use 2 different Stripe accounts per user’s selected country location?
Please note that the results depend on the currencies supported by your Stripe plugins, which must also be compatible with CURCY.
To ensure everything works smoothly, I’d recommend testing with our basic version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-multi-currency/.
If it works with both Stripe accounts simultaneously, you can then upgrade to the Premium version to unlock the feature for assigning currencies to payment methods.
ok thank you, i will try that.
Hello, I recently activated the pro version (before was using the free version) and everytime someones checkouts, the following error pops up:
“There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review the order Order History before placing the order again”
The free version seems fine, the problem is being caused by the pro version. Plugin setting at at default.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It’s a compatibility issue. Could you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum and let me take a closer look?
Best regards.
Hi, I use the free version but generate an error when I use it for products with multi-priced product attributes. Can the pro version handle this feature?
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in CURCY and for your questions. Could you share some screenshots showing the error you’re facing?
Best regards.
Hello, Before purchasing CURCY Pro / WooCommerce Multi Currency Premium, I have a few questions:
Does the plugin support real checkout in the currency chosen by the customer, or does it only display prices?
Is the plugin compatible with Tap Payments, so that the selected currency is passed correctly to the payment gateway?
Is the plugin compatible with the Elessi WordPress theme, especially regarding the Currency Switcher and multi-currency checkout?
Thank you for your help!
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in CURCY and for your questions.
The plugin supports real checkout in the selected currency when it’s used with WooCommerce. However, compatibility is guaranteed only with WooCommerce itself. We can’t guarantee compatibility with all third-party payment gateways or themes, as they may handle pricing and currency logic differently.
For Tap Payments and the Elessi theme, we recommend testing the free version first on your site to ensure everything works as expected before purchasing the Pro version.
If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know, we’re happy to help
Best regards.
is your plugin is integrated with WooCommerce Custom Payment Gateway Pro from wpruby https://wpruby.com/plugin/woocommerce-custom-payment-gateway-pro/
any Custom Payment Gateway maded buy this plugin not appear in checkout , i force it to show for specific currency
if your plugin is not compatible with it suggest any other Custom Payment Gateway plugin work with your plugin
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We haven’t tested this plugin specifically or integrate with it, but I can definitely check what’s going for you. Please create a support ticket on this Support Forum, and I’ll be happy to assist.

Hello!
The link to the plugin changelog is not working. Is there any way to fix this?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out. I’ve noted the issue and passed it to our administrator. In the meantime, please see the log in this tab: https://snipboard.io/vMi4LP.jpg
Best regards.
Hi, Angela
Just want to remind that the changelog link is not yet fixed. I’m sure the bug is easy to fix. But currently it degrades the UX every time your plugin is updated.
Regards,
Hi,
Thanks for the reminder, I appreciate it.
I’ve just pinged the administrator again and asked them to prioritize fixing the changelog link. You’re right, it’s a small thing but it does impact the update experience.
Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Any chance of giving me the correct settings for compatibility with wp-rocket?
We’ve tried everything and it still caches the currency for private browsing to the last loaded currency at uncached page
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out. You can try enabling the “Use cache plugin” option under the plugin’s General Settings. This helps improve compatibility with caching tools like WP Rocket.
If the issue persists after turning that on, please open a support ticket on this Support Forum so I can check the configuration directly. I’m happy to look into what’s causing the currency to be cached incorrectly
Best regards.
Hi, I cannot create support account as the new account email is not reaching with the password link. I already sent you an email using your contact form. Kindly check. In case you need to intervene manually, kindly check user name ‘WA’ (OR ‘WA2’) in your system. Please do not post confidential details here. Thanks a lot
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please try again, login to our system using this Login with Envato button: https://snipboard.io/TOb8AS.jpg
Best regards.
Hi,
We will contact you by email since we do not have permission to share the envato account with others who will fix this issue. (The tech people). Therefore, gmail / usual username/pw is best for us. Thanks a lot and you will get an email over the next few days as we configure all our purchases from you (we bought a lot) and we will send you a consolidated email with all plugin issues to save your time and effort
Best,
Actually no, logging in with Envato does not share your Envato password or give us access to your Envato account. It only connects your Envato purchases to your VillaTheme account so we can verify which plugins you bought and the support period for each one. That’s all we need.
Also, we don’t provide technical support via email. All support requests must go through the ticket system so we can track issues properly and assist you efficiently
Hi, can we use this in Learnpress? (not courses as products but as Learnpress courses).
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. It’s partially compatible, just the converted price and not the fixed price. I would recommend testing with the free plugin first: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-multi-currency/
If you decide to buy the plugin and run into any issue, please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. I’ll be checking.
Best regards.
It seems its working with Learnpress + Woocommerce payment. Bought the pro version. Can I upload and install the plugin without removing the free version?
Yes, no worries.
HUSKY – Products Filter – for price range The slider multicurrency is not working, always showing the default price, and I can’t activate the plugin using the purchase code. Can you please help me?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. It’s a compatibility issue. Could you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum and let me take a closer look?
Best regards.
Hi, i use Triprex Theme, so the product not comes directly from WooCommerce product. Do your plugin support something like this ?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It works only with WooCommerce products. Your theme doesn’t matter, but the item itself must be a real WooCommerce product for the plugin to work.
When you say the product “does not come directly from WooCommerce”, can you explain what you mean? If it isn’t created as a WooCommerce product, then the plugin won’t be able to interact with it, there’s no partial or in-between type it can support.
And, I would recommend testing our free plugin, if it works for your setup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-multi-currency/
Best regards.
does it shows sales report in each active currency in admin dashboard ?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m afraid we don’t have that feature.
Best regards.
then how will i get the sales report of different currecy ?
You can try WooCommerce’s built-in Analytics/Reports.
Our plugin converts amounts using the exchange rate at the time of the order
Can I convert a custom field value to automatically like regular price and sale price?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
There’s no option/settings for that but you can try the following shortcode: [woo_multi_currency_exchange]
Please read the details of the shortcode in this document: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-multi-currency/#page_section_child_menu_3872
It’s to display product price in specific currency but you can enter any value there. E.g. try [woo_multi_currency_exchange product_id=”” currency=”” price=”5555” original_price=”“]
Best regards.
How can we change license from LOCALHOST to our domain to get the automatic updates?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. We’ll detach the license from the current site for you.
Best regards.
We have tried but it says: You can not create topic at this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.
Did you choose this category: https://snipboard.io/I81TUG.jpg ?
Hi,
I have a quick pre-purchase question.
If I’m selling products in both the US and Canada, can I set separate custom prices for each country rather than having prices automatically adjusted by the exchange rate?
Thanks.
Hi there,
Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately, you can’t set completely separate custom prices per country – that’s not the feature of a currency converter.
Best regards.
This is not working on my cart page. After setting up everything, once the customer goes to the cart page, it amount read is the same as the default currency amount; meanwhile, it shows the currency the client chose, which is really not good. I had to use an old version, which also has an issue
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It could be possible that a theme or plugin conflict is causing this behavior. In this case, we would recommend testing by taking the following steps: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
If you don’t want to perform these tests on the live site, I would recommend reaching out to your web host to see if they offer a staging site as part of your hosting package. If not, then I’d recommend using the WP Staging plugin to duplicate the site.
Hope this helps – Let us know how this goes!
Best regards.
I’ve found a critical bug in version 2.3.11 of the plugin.
When I use your plugin along with the “Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce” (EPO) plugin, the final price in the shopping cart is calculated incorrectly. The price is much lower than it should be, and it appears the currency conversion is happening twice on the prices that are added by the EPO plugin.
Here is how you can see the bug:
Use WooCommerce with CURCY v2.3.11 and the “Extra Product Options” plugin.
Create a product that has options from the EPO plugin which add extra cost.
On the website, switch to a currency that is different from the store’s default currency.
Add the product with its extra cost options to the shopping cart.
Look at the price in the cart. You will see that it is incorrectly low.
Most importantly: If I roll back your plugin to the previous version, 2.3.10, the problem is completely fixed.
This confirms that a change in the 2.3.11 update has caused a compatibility issue with the Extra Product Options plugin.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum?
Best regards.
My client has purchased the plugin but it is not selecting the local currency based on geolocation. Here is an example https://kocoknitting.com/product/samplenew1/. If I use a VPN for India it still shows AUD.
Hi Kym,
Thank you for reaching out. Please try testing in incognito/private mode first. If that doesn’t solve the issue, switch to a different geo API in the plugin settings.
If the problem still persists, kindly ask your client to open a support ticket on this Support Forum. That way, we can check the license details and provide support directly to the license owner.
Best regards.
Bonjour,
Comment allez-vous? My name is Kym.
I am thinking of purchasing this for my agency and must know if your plugin is compatible with a few plugins I use for my client sites.
Firstly, is it compatible with WP Snippets AI: https://wpsnippets.ai
Also, is it compatible with Yoast SEO: https://yoast.com
Merci, Kym
Hi Kym,
Thank you for reaching out. We haven’t specifically tested our plugin with WP Snippets AI or Yoast SEO, so we can’t confirm compatibility with those at this time.
What we recommend is trying with our free plugin CURCY first to see if it works as expected in your setup. That way, you can test directly in your environment before making a purchase.
Best regards.
