I have 6 sites.

Can i deploy 6 widgets + ai agents + live chat addon on each site with each site having his own ‘knowledge base’ and ai agents training?

For this setup i’ll need to buy the: bedesk main+bedesk ai agent and chatbot addon + livechat?

Yes, you can create multiple AI agents with separate knowledge and use specific agent on specific domain/site.

This would require BeDesk plus ai and livechat addons.

You can specify AI agent ID via livechat widget options. See here for an example.

You can use the OpenRouter provider, you can enter a custom model/provider from settings page when using it.

BeDesk is the main helpdesk app and is always required. livechat addon is for the embeddable livechat widget on external site and AI agent addon is for adding AI functionality to both BeDesk and livchat widget.

We’re working on a separate SaaS mode for a future update, but if currently functionality suffices for your use-case, then yes, you can use it as SaaS with extended license.

1. Not currently, but it’s something we’re looking into adding with next update.

2. Yes, full sourcecode is included and you are free to edit it as needed.

I bought it to use now and I see people with the same error 500 problem, and you’re telling them to contact support, which isn’t instantaneous. I request a refund if you take too long to provide a solution because this should already be clearly stated.

Hi, Is the AI agent uses RAG? If yes, does it need vector supported database? Also can I create more than one agent to support the websites that I own?

Yes, it uses RAG. For database it can use the same mysql one as website itself or meilisearch.

Currently multiple AI agents are not supported, but it’s something we’re looking into adding with a future update.

I checked the docs but its not clear how to activate and get started with this? What else could I be missing here?

Hi there. So I’m having issues with both (I think) the AI and Live Chat plugins. I tried sending a ticket via support, but for some reason, I can’t; it keeps asking me to extend support for BeDesk, which seems a bit odd since the issue comes from the plugins. It would be nice if you could add those two plugins under item selection.

Anyway, I’ve added a URL to the knowledge base and one .json file. As far as the script is concerned, they are “consumed.” However, when I test Live Chat, even on a very basic question like “What is BeDesk” (assuming I provided BeDesk docs as the source), it replies with: “Sorry, I’m having some issues and I can’t help at the moment…”

When I check my OpenAI dashboard, I can see that requests are being made. Nonetheless, the Chat always replies with “can’t help” if I ask a question that’s specifically tied to the knowledge base available to the ChatBot/AI.

Also, it would be great if you guys could implement full RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). MariaDB recently added support for vector storage, so it would be nice to see proper RAG: e.g., an embedding model for vector generation/tokenization, and then the option to select which model to use for conversations.

I’ve also attached the .log file I get whenever I try using Live Chat with a prompt like “What is <query>.”

Hello, can I upload PDF documents (averaging 5,000 pages) and coach students using the RAG method? Can it provide consistent answers, or is there a possibility of hallucinations?

Hi,

Yes, you can upload PDF’s as well as other supported document types.

Hallucinations are very unlikely, because AI agent will only answer based on knowledge available to it.
